Worst services ever, send my parcel to the wrong address and never reschedule send to right location.customer hotline is only for display but never answer our call.

Bad service.courier dh sampai kawasan pghantaran.x dapat serahkan brg kepada customer dgn alasan cari alamat x jumpa.apa guna ada no phone customer kat parcel tu.dh la kos courier mahal.x brbaloi dgn service mcm ni.please management monitor your staff.don't make it simply job.customer is pay.not free.and just now i call customer service cawangan Dato' Keramat also layan x mau layan.why? Your boss not pay your salary? It"s really2 bad service.from A to Z

I had no received any message or phone call when they out for shipping, even re-schedule also same.i had been waiting for 2days after only re-out for delivery, i call them and say that just keep it and i will collect from your factory, they say ok but they said that already out for shipping when i reach there

Nevermind if they really delivery my things to my house, but i wait until 8pm, non of message or phone call received, shitssss service

Lazy and poor service. The Sungai Tiram branch writes everything for you. This branch asks you to write everything yourself. When bringing out the packages, one of my package is clearly printed "FRAGILE" and she still placed another heavy package on top of it without gentleness.

What is this GDex? Fake information. Useless. Not even delivering parcel on time. Not even make a call even do there's a number on the parcel.

Can't rely on their notification. Indicated at 10am as 'out for delivery' and i waited to at home for the parcel for 5 hours and by 3pm the notification suddenly changed to 'undelivered due to held back'. They should inform customers earlier if they do not plan to deliver the parcel on Saturday and at least we can decide to go to their office for collection. Also what for if parcel can't reach by next day after posted as we pay for the speed and also higher fees. They themselves can't even achieve their own slogan 'next day delivery service'. Please improve your system and services.

2 day tunggu bila check tracking number on delivery, pagi2 dah on delivery Xpi sampai pukul 5 delivery xboleh hantar 2 Hari berturut2, perkerja Xcukup ke atau transport Xcukup ke ttah apa2 la, ishhh post laju pun xsampai 2hari da sampai, gdex da 3hari pun blom sampai, lain Kali xboleh xsempat hantar xpayah la tulis on delivery! Dye org igt Xpyh keluar p mana2 ka kena tunggu2 barang sampai 5 close delivery, bila xdak rumah xpasal2 kena p collect Kat office pulak, servis lembab.

Service quite ok. The office look very messy and untidy, but can understood as they need to handle thousand parcels and documents everyday.

Very bad delivery experience. They never deliver it on time. You can go and pick up the parcel if you want. Pickup process is easy. They send the sms but delivery guy goes without delivery. They do not even apologise for the delay. Even sometimes the package gets damaged.

Taking 10 days to delivery my urgent parcel to Hospital Pulau Pinang. Thats not home address if they claims my receiver got incomplete address. But that the hospital name. General Hospital in Penang. Which mean all rider must know that place (hospital) eventhough got incomplete address. My postal zip code, just correct. What's your prob Gdex Penang! No one call us to inform about this.

Bnyk kali p dah kt gdex. Cara layanan baik. Ramai org pn depa x stress. Servis pn baik. Arini hantar esok dah sampai dah. But dont know y klu call susah nk jawab.perlu tingkatkan dlm hal telefon jaa. Mayb perlukn telefon operator.

I don't find the service very good, if they can't find your location, they don't call u, n they don't pick up, u need to wait and decide to message them or personally go collect it.

Very poor delivery service. 38th Nov 2018 check online status says undelivered due to sorry card, but there is no card so I not sure if they did come since I'm working. 1st March next day I had my off day waited whole day finally check online again same result undelivered due to sorry card but no card on my door or post box. Don't know what's their excuse and why the hell Lazada using their service

Useless service. Never received my parcel. Then all making excuses that they cannot enter the building lah and so on. Also called the delivery man, he telling what address to deliver the document when i ordered a parcel and he was so rude, i have not finished talking and just cut the phone. Good, Good. Keep it up Gdex. Now i have to bring my butt over there is it? Paying money for this delivery.

Friendly service. Fast. But, a bit chaotic at times. Basically, first come first serve basis. Smile and you will be greeted eventually.
