Very bad service. Mcam mana boleh terima barang sedangkan sya kerja pagi. Dan barang tak ada pon dirumah. Pemalas! Kalau x beri pada sesiapa jgn update kata sudah diterima!

Been calling the centre for hours today for delivery as my parcel was already in Penang centre since 25/4 @7.53am but no one picking up the phone.

NO STAR WILL GIVEN, Call for a hour also no body pick up phone.my document lay on office for more than 3 days no come to pick up.when called they scold me back, say why no call them when no ppl go pick up.most terrible service.

No No star to this Penang city link worst courier service ever. Been dragging my item for a month, not bothering to send to us. Call us to wait at home for item but never appear. Call back and no response. The worst ever company. Do not use this company services. No action taken no improvement at all even you place a complain. The city link HQ should be strict with penang branch or should shut down the Penang branch if run by a group of people who ruin the company brand and name.

The worst ever courier service. Did not sent my parcel but lied in to system saying its delivered to me!

Most most slow courier service. Taken up 30mins just to collect an envelope. Got few workers here. But only 1 is working. The rest is just looking at that one who working.

Citylink driver is very impolite and rude. Citylink penang office always no one pick up the phone. Customer service is bad and ego. Delay the delivery schedule for four days because of the reason traffic jam at my housing estata they cannot come and even think they are right. Customer chase high and low end up have to go pick up our own. Never ship with citylink else ur blood pressure is going to shoot up.

Have to wait long (>30 minutes) to get the parcel, no numbering system, hv to submit the tracking number to the only 1 staff when she comes to the counter. Door is locked, have to ask the people in the waiting room to open the door.

Henny Chan, yours better, my item was there since 9/11 (2 weeks) & they never attempt & bother to send. I chase the customer service for 5 days & still never send. Everyday they said will send out but the thing still seat there. Went to the office want claim myself but crowded hv to wait for at least 4 hours! They think we r so free? So until now the thing still there. Not even worth a star shd hv negative.

Can I give no star for City Link service? As my parcel sent from Sungai Petani to KL, and lastly only come to my place at PENANG. Even I am still waiting right now. Clap for them.

F this citylink. Called everyday since 15nov2018 to trace and the office said confirmed will be deliver by today (1dec2018) Today call again but the office say not yet arrange the delivery. The customer service talk to me with rude words and slam off the phone

Bad service ever. With lots customer outside waiting for their parcel to be collected the reception guy keep tell wait wait wait wait wait.wanna wait till when? Ask to send but they see the address not convenient not even wanna send & ask for own collection. What a lousy service. Parcel arrived on Monday & today is Saturday yet to get my parcel? Is this call courier? Worst than poslaju

There are about of 40 to 50 workers, but still no one free to entertain the customers who are waiting to get their parcels. Some of them wait almost an hour still can't get their parcel!

very poor service. My parcel never got to send to the house. No trial to inform or contact either. Many times already. Management better do something!

Worst courier service provider I dealt with. I called at 12: 30pm, making sure the operating hours to pick up my parcel. They said until 1pm but when I arrived at 12: 45pm, they already close.

Forced to rate 1 star whew totally undeserved. Was asked to come back after a weekend when cannot find package after waiting 1 hour. Tried to talk to the manager who just shrugged off. Avoid or regret.

Poor customer service. Parcel stuck without status. Gotta go and collect parcel by myself after a week only to be told that the parcel is out for delivery. After waiting for another day and my parcel still undelivered, I give up. This is by far the worst customer service I have encountered. The lady sitting at the front desk need to be taught some manners

Your service are so suck! My item was there since 19 november 2018 but still did not move till today 6th Dec 2018. Makan gaji buta ka weh? Call x jawab!

Negative Star is what they deserve! Super Disgrace to the courier industry, worse then traditional mail. Item sent on 19 Nov and until 23 Nov, it's still sitting in their office.

Sellers, stay away from them if you value your business. Buyers, stay away from sellers that uses City-Link, they don't have about you!

Sampai di Citylink 26 November 2018. Saya pergi ke sana untuk collect sendiri, tapi barang tak ada. Katanya ada pada Driver, so aku balik.
Hari ini 27 November call, katanya barang dah sampai, esok baru nak hantar ke rumah. Apa ni!
