Terrible service. The counter girl printed out the wrong shipper name/address and also recipient name/address, asked us to confirm it. When we said it is wrong, she still find herself right and have to take time explaining to her she gave us someone else shipping details. She has to retype everything again. To ship just 1 parcel, it took me more than 30mins for her just to type out the details. Gosh!

Really disappointed. Ive not even reviewed more than 5. I gave Citylink chances twice. First delayed shipping, thats fine. It happens, then after failed delivery, we were told to go over to collect, but then called to go home without our parcel as its in the truck thats out for delivery WHICH did not deliver to us. 2nd time, now, i gave a call to them, twice. They picked it up and closed it down directly, twice. Customer service? Really? I really didn’t want to vent but this is really too serious. I usually dont even like finding fault but this took it too far. Really unprofessional.

Tried to call many times no one pickup.
Lepas dah ada org pickup call I said nk check parcel terus letak. More that 10 times call tapi kena camtu. The next day call pun no one picked up. Barang dah more than 1 week kat sorting center tak smpai lagi. Susah ka nk pickup call and cakap brg delayed sbb mco or apa2?

No. 1 Worst Shipping Company in Malaysia.
It is awfully the worst in my opinion. Their delivery personnel are lazy and incompetent. Communication is worst! Package suppose to be delivered within 1 day. Until today, the parcel is nowhere to be found. But only waiting for faith to be delivered for something urgent. So for those who wants to ship to something urgently or life threatening should ship with other couriers. The other couriers definitely live up with their genuine Service Level Agreement (SLA). I would definitely avoid this company at all cost in my life for now as I have been using twice, and twice with a very bad experience.

I rarely review something on the internet, but if I do, the review won't be a 5 star review.

If you're looking for a courier service to use, better avoid this one. I've already called them more than 10 times to ask about my parcel that they've been holding for a long time, no answer, what a joke.

Its the worst of its kind shipping company. Really incompetent compare to J&T express. Although J&T has lots of issues, but city link is worst. Their delivery service personnel are lazy and package suppose to be delivered within 1 day ended up the parcel reach 1 week late. For those who wants to ship to something urgently should ship with other couriers. Definitely avoid this company.

After 6 days, parcel still not delivered. Please help who can I reach out to. Whats the status or any problem with the delivery?

This is the slowest courier service I have experienced. A parcel tracking shows "Departure scan on Apr 05 2021 at 12.10pm from Bayan Lepas has yet to deliver to same Bayan Lepas destination on Apr 06 night. This parcel arrived at City-link Bayan Lepas Apr 02 10.08am. Damn slow service!

Item stuck in warehouse for a few days without sending out. Called me to go downstairs to pickup item instead of bringing up to me but the lorry still haven't arrived and let me wait downstairs for some time. Not economical yet inefficient.

Worst attitude courier. Please do not use it. I will ask my vendors and customers to avoid this company.

Customer service memang teruk. Penipu budak melayu yang jawab calls. Rider area Jelutong Ok delivery barang laju. Cuma budak melayu ni tipu customer, bila call tanya kenapa belum delivery barang " Oh address salah, contact num salah " penipu besar Customer service ni.baik jangan kerja sini klu tak pandai layan Customer. Very bad courier service! When I tracked my item, the statement showed failed to deliver the item because of can't access the building. Hello I live in an apartmentaand how come can't access the building? The guard will open the gate house for you if you are delivering something. And the statement wrote failed to deliver 2 times but I only got a miss call. They are lying! I've call about 5 times to the office but no one answer the call! Now they return the item to the shipper. What's wrong with this terrible service?

Very polite.agreed to do my courier although they were already closing. The front desk and security were very accommodating and polite. My parcel was delivered on time the next day

Memang courier servis yg paling sial celaka. Call apa pun x jawab. Xkira waktu mana pun. Barang post dari kl ke penang sejak 27hb oct.sampai skrg barang duk kat store. Iklan bukan main hebat. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! BEFORE AND AFTER MCO. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING SERVICE! Our sender from KL deliver a fragile parcel to us, before the MCO started.since may 12th the tracking number states the parcel is with the driver until today NOTHING AT ALL. DRIVER WOULDN'T EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE! On the third day, suddenly there's a note on our tracking number stating we requested for late delivery. Are u kidding me? Called the centre, the attitude from the frontline helper was extremely rude.and BTW the "owner" of this stop replying to our reviews here and take action already! The SERVICE IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
