Very disappointed this courier service. Too slow process until my customer cancel the orders.

Never inform receiver when delivering the parcel.just throw the parcel at unknown place and say already delivered to me.untill today I don't received my parcel and citilink is refuse to compensate.

Citylink ni buat servis penghantaran barang atau servis simpan barang? In transit dah dekat 7hari.ni x termasuk hari nak deliver lg.zzzz.servis bank IBG pun laju lg.

Very bad service.parcel arrived butterworth on 2nd Dec, until 7th Dec, I still haven't received. Called them, the lady named Laila said someone will get back to me, but nobody call me to update the status. 5 days in butterworth still can't deliver the parcel to me.

My parcel was stuck at this sorting center for one week. Not update or phone call from Citilink at all.

So I called this center. Was informed by customer service that they don't have backup riders for my area. So I need to collect myself or "arrange for delivery".

We paid for delivery service but we still need to take the trouble to collect ourself or call in to arrange delivery. Wow

I didn’t understand their service, one day they called me and said you have a parcel, please come and collect from the office. I reminded them that boss you are the parcel service and you need to deliver to my door step as I already paid for door step delivery. Thereafter a week since they didn’t deliver, i went a collected the parcel from their office. They gave a lame excuse that the parcel delivery guy in that area resigned.

Bad service! Always the same deliver ppl make the same mistakes! Didnt send out, just list not in address! Bad reason! I at house whole day ok! Call customers service, but no one take any active too. Too bad this courier service!

I xtahu la apa masalah driver abang city link tu, period kot. Dia hantar salah alamat astu marah i tipu dia pulak, astu nasih baik dia sendiri tahu salah hantar lagi, tapi satu minta maaf pun xnk ckp, astu i yg kena dia marah

Dari 2016 guna citylink. Servis best. Delivry cpt. 1-2 cnfirm smpai. Hrga sgt murah dgn servis mcm ni. Overall best sgt

So far my experience with them are all just fine. They always picked up my calls and i would tell them to come before 5 and they did. And they would always email me the bills so i could settle them easily asap

Nak bg 1 star pun mcm xpatut. Barang stuck kat sini almost 2 week. Bila call admin ckp dalam this week boleh settle tapi dah berweek-week xsampai alasan tak cukup staff‍️ Korang ni xpandai buat keja ke? Tolong laa cepatkan keja.if document tu penting korang dah susahkan orang lain.kalau korang memudahkan keja korang, confirm keja korang akan selalu dipermudahkan. Please be alert! ! Jangan asyik nak bg alasan yang sama! Penat tunggu barang!

The server oftenly not functioning. As a result, we are in darkness what is happening to oyr parcel. The biggest question mark: why dont they upgrade the problemaric server?

Staff very informatic, friendly and quick action. She is very reliable. Im satisfied with her service. She is WANY.

Horrible service. Although I had missed my parcel. It still took a long time for my parcel to be eventually (or never) to arrive. Its been 4 weeks now still waiting for my parcel. Still haven't got updates. I even called them, they also asked for my contact to notify me of my parcel status. Still haven't received any notification/updates from them after 2 weeks. Please improve your services.

Probably one of the worst courier services ever encountered.

Accidentally had a typo on shopee contact, but the address is an apartment where ALL delivery can only be dropped at lobby.

Called the branch to enquire possibility to collect parcel by myself, was told to wait for them to track the parcel and they will call me back. It's been almost a week no feedback at all

Very bad dan rude courier, call dh sampai guard, after 3 minute call lagi dan cakap nak cepat, kita dh bagitau on the way nak turun, dok apartment kena tggu lift lagi, boleh cakap suruh lompat boleh cepat.please ini bukan kawan2 gurau macam ni.

The worst express company i ever met and experienced, 2 weeks didn't send out the parcel, called me check is that i'm home, say will send out the parcel but in the end no 1 appear, and they'll keep doing the same thing until ask you to collect at their office, i think their supervisor everuday just sit together with his subordinates "lengang²" in the office. GGWP! Gongrats you're the best courier company in Penang!

You have used 11 days to ship out my parcel from Johore to Penang, and yet I haven't received anything from you. You are holdimg my parcel for 8 days at Penang branch. Currently I'm still waiting for my parcel.

All opinions from customers are accepted and will be improved in the near future. Will be given a good service and will make it great than the competition from other courier services
