SHX59334708AMY My parcel was missing. In the end, who received my parcel? Nobody I can trace and I have callled your centre was told Faridah halin received my parcel. She work in government department and different building. Early She told not received my parcel and after that said already passed to one of my company staff she told don’t know who and forget how she or he look like. Please give me advise and provided me delivery receipt note record. Final solution do polis lodge report?
Where my parcel? ! I'm waiting for a long time, abx TOO BAD than poslaju, better use poslaju, srsly this is my first and last using this stupid! The services are sucks. My parcel is urgently needed and it reach Pen ABX on 30June morning 8am, and ROUTE SCAN for 3 days until today also yet to receive. Seriously you need to scan for the ROUTE for three days! When call in to check on parcel, the customer service are bad and claimed that banyak barang hantar! Wont think of to use this services if dont improved!
Totally slow and bad service, my parcel already reach 2 days ago (15/3) and I need it urgently for my friend birthday (18/3), today already 17/3,9am in the morning yet the status still at route scan, the second ROUTE SCAN oh my god. Paid for RM8 for the late service better I use free shipping from poslaju better. Never use abx again.
Second delivery service sucks. Even though they can deliver to house on second time, reach owner house, thank you but still sucks. Please improve
1 star for the ABX Company but triple -0 for their Staff in Penang. I still didn't receive my package until now. My Package still in their facility (Penang) sitting there since 22 December 2017. I called their office everyday and its either busy or no one is answering. I don't know how they do their work. Maybe just sitting there and do nothing then wait the month end to receive their salary.
