Don’t use their service, the parcel delivery man will steal your parcel and declared parcel lost, and they will push all the responsibility to the shipper and they don’t even apologize for their mistakes and says that is not their fault.

No wonder they have bad rating. Their system is bad.like no SOP.yesterday tracking show out for delivery, suddenly delivery unsuccessful due to operational factor (as per tracking). Next day i call, the courier didn’t bring out the parcel for delivery today.then when? Ridiculous.bought item from china took 7 days to reach malaysia.currently the item still with abx for 6 days.don’t know when can get the item.

Delay dua hari yg sepatutnya barang dh sampai ke rumah. Bila call kata takdak rider boleh pi hantaq, dah tu nk kena tunggu ada rider? ‍️

Delivery is fast. Only comment is tracking shown delivered but good haven't arrived. Called and been asked to wait for full day. Consider lucky received the parcel 3 hrs later. Else how to fight the case as system shown delivered. Sweating.

Penghantaran lembab kalahkan kura ii. Company Paling tak guna. Barang sampai dah lama tapi terperap kat ofis. Bila call kata barang dah ada kat ofis. Penghantar suruh ambil sendiri kat lori pulak. Dah bayar mahal ii kena ambil sendiri kat lori, hantar la sampai rumah. Nampak sangat company ni pemalas. Bagi janji mcm ii tp tk hantar ii jugak.

This is the most worse I never had in delivery service, call the delivery man no answer. I hope tao bao change the delivery service not from this ABX this address anymore

I met one of the most irresponsible delivery workers who made 2 phone calls and didn't hear the goods being sent back the next day without sending them all the time

Never thought I would encounter a courier services which r worse than JnT. Fail to make delivery despite prior time arranging. Made me waited for the whole day and didn't reply to my calls and msg. Bravo

Shipment has arrived 2 day ago. As per tracking is out for delivery. Curious would it take 3 to 4 day to arrive? From Sungai Tiram to Batu Maung? Hmmmm.

Add per the guide. Proceess 5pm Today (19 Oct 2021). 5pm Tomorrow (22 Oct 2021) ? Ive made a self collect. Patron told that she need to find the 11 bag for batu maung route that haven't send.

This logistic really not responsibility, their customer service don't even answer my phone call. From the tracking detail, my parcel arrive operation center 2 week ago and they don't even continue update the status or contact us when to out for deliver to us. Please give an explaination ！！！！

Called customer service helpline, apparently its just there for fun, no answer at all. Parcel out for delivery for 3 days and counting. Definitely a case of the courier keeping your parcel at home due to the lack of time to deliver in stated day. Makes no sense why other couriers who are working solo could fulfill the delivery in a day but the ones from ABX can't. Refrain from using this courier service, zero professionalism and service present.
