Your online service do what? Call not answer.item 5 days not deliver.call not answer! Where is your supervisor. ABX perai they answer my call but bayan lepas very bad service.please abx improve your quality! Parcel was arrived at bayan lps for 5 days.and parcel on delivery for 3 still not received yet.so how long to wait? Pulau so big ya? Other courier not like this even pos laju more faster than abx bayan lps.item from China take 1 week to arrived malaysia.but penang bayan lps to air itam take 8 days and still not received yet.to HQ abx please check all your worker at bayan lps.i think need to change from upper to bottom

EXTREMELY poor service. Parcel out delivery for 3 days but still not received. Called HQ and someone was suppose to update me and no one called. Called Penang branch and no one answered. Shocking service!

Got very bad experience with ABX Express. Never send on time. When you call customer service, they will always said just received yesterday, cannot promis to delivery the same day, still not going out to delivery yet (already 2pm, best company to workers, only work 2 to 3 hours daily i supposed). And the worst is that customer service will make all sorts of promises when talking to you but never return call or get things done! Worst ever courier company in Malaysia!

i was impressed by the Bayan Lepas on-site customer service team. They gave a good wrapping (inclusive bubble wrap) for my parcels without extra charge. They attitude is also very helpful.

On the other hand, all 3 parcels tooks 14 working days still not arrived despite sending from Penang to KL.

The helpline may consider not helpful in my case. I had followed with helpcare on alternative day, but they can't let me know when the parcels will able to reach my clients.
And they helpcare also not following wuth my case. Each time, i have to repeatedly told the same story.

1st parcel delivered in 14 working days. Take note, not just normal day.

2nd parcel was collected by my client after 2 weeks long waiting period. The good broken inside parcel.it must has tumbling all the ways. Handle with care stickers not work as effective as it is.

3rd parcel send to wrong condo, which i verified with customer service, that said have delivered. Fortunately the condo security called to the parcel receiver, and asked my client to collect.

Hope this positive input can give ABX some ideas to improve their existing service. While i think they should consider give me free delivery on 3 more parcels to gain my confident back.

Terrible service! Do you ever heard a courier company ask customer to self collection otherwise threatened customer they will return the parcel to shipper? ABX Express did it all!

Used to be one of the best courier service company i encountered before. But since few months back, their services getting from bad to worst. Whenever call up the center, nobody will pick up the phone. Personally walk in and asked them, they just said not enough of manpower. This has been dragged for months.

WORSE COURIER SERVICE EVER. SHIPMENT ARRIVE 3 WEEKS ALREADY AND YET THE PARCEL IS STILL STUCK AT THEIR HUB. WORSE THAN SNAIL MAIL

Management needs to improve the quality of service and pay attention to the interests of employees as the success of the company depends on dedicated employees.

Why always do not pick up phone call.we customer just want to know about we parcel.pending starting 19/3.

I don't blame them late delivery because of MCO, but how can call me 1 time at 9.30pm but no pick up, then I must collect at there office? What kind of courier service is it? Lousiest amongst all the courier company!

ABX sebenarnya bagus kalau compare dengan yg lain so far utk situasi sy. Dah 3 tahun guna ABX. Zero problem dgn shipping dan receiving boleh kata hari2 guna ABX. Staff nama Siti tu mmg responsive dan dpt bantu u all dengan sabar. 10star utk Cik Siti.

2 week already still can't send out, always show route scan, really dk u all what doing? ! How come item already ur center still can't send out, I will never use this express any more!

Real slow delivery two days went out for delivery according to their tracking but parcel still haven’t being delivered.

The service of ABX is really bad. The goods are not delivered. The company phoned many times and no one answered. In this condition, I ca n’t buy things online.

I would like to thank ABX and Ms Siti for her dedicated service attitude.
I missed my courier collection yest as the address was my office. By the time they arrive I was no there.
Today Ms Siti called multiple times to ensure I got my courier package.
Well done and bravo to her!

I am very impressed with their the 2 support staff attending to me & was proactive to give me the best solution. I forgot to ask your name but it is a lady & a gentlemen. Thumbs up ABX!

Service teruk. Bayar delivery utk sampai ke rumah tapi minta pick up di office. Dont waste your time, better choose others company.

Lagi sekali kena dgn abx ni.cek system barang dah delivered.what.the chicken. 1 hari duduk di rumah 1 mahkluk abx pun xde yg mai antaq barang.ape ke hal teruk sgt abx penang ni. Call xpernah angkat pun. Klu p ofis tgk mcm bz speaker dok kt telinga tu
