I came across the TechX team through searching online for certain cables I needed for my home studio. I contacted the team over the weekend, was quite late actually, and was not expecting a reply until the Monday morning. However, I received a reply within 5 minutes of sending my query to the WhatsApp number.

The support was so timely and precise, I decided to make the online purchase that same evening and received courier tracking number within minutes. A follow up note via WhatsApp from the team that evening that the order had been received and processed to courier service.

Into the following week, I received my order through courier very quickly. The items were of quality I had expected from their site, and was able to conclude set up in my studio in no time.

Bought audioengine a2+ from them, at first i thought their website looks sketchy since i never heard of them before, but then i contacted the number listed on the website and have a chat with mr thiban, i’m impressed on how they treat their customer, one of the most amazing customer service i have ever experienced for sure.

Bought 2019 Active Lifestyle Wireless Headphones after being recommended by seller. Seller was attentive to hear my particular need on ear hook in ear type for sports. The bass and battery life is good. Will return to hunt for other audio gadgets for my home.
