I bought a "Monoprice BT-300ANC AptX Active Noise Cancelling Over-ear Headphones". Initially the unit I received had some superficial flaws, such as sticky side panels and the earpads were showing signs of tear. It could be due to the storage environment. I e-mailed TechX about the problem, and soon received a reply saying a replacement unit will be sent to me. They sent me an unboxing video of the new unit just to make sure there is no physical flaw. They arranged for the courier to pick up the old unit to be returned, and within a week everything was settled and I got a new set of headphones. The headphones are great for the price, while the customer service from TechX is priceless.

Stumbled on these guys online looking for a sub to complement my KEF LSX. It was such a pleasant experience dealing with these young lads who knows their stuff without being pushed to buy stuff. Looking for SVS ended up with Kanto with change to spend on Rega Planar 1+. The latter was lalamove late in the evening. Highliy recommended for your audio needs.

Definitely highly recommended for all my audio needs. Superb customer service and very detailed explanation. I was able to test out different products to find out what fits my preference. Thiban and the team have been very friendly, accommodative and knowledgable during audition process. They have a new office in Seksyen 14, PJ with variety of Hi-Fi equipment to choose from. The price is very competitive with a lot of budget options. They will listen to your musical preference and give unbiased recommendations. I ended up with YU passive 5 speaker after spending almost 1 hour with them. Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much for this speakers. Dayton a B452 Air is a fantastic entry level box and it sounded just nice for a room listening. My kid loves it. Paired with the Aiyima T9 tube amplifier, even I was impressed with the clarity and sound stage. Now, all she needs is a subwoofers to complement!

Best customer experience ever. Went in looking for a pair of PC speakers with zero knowledge (I don’t even know the difference between powered speakers and passive speakers, let alone DACs). 2 hours later (yes, that’s how much time and effort Thiban actually took to walk me through the basics) and many testing later, I landed on a pair of Kanto Yu4 which met all my needs; price point, sound quality and size. This pair of speakers definitely punches above its weight!

Can’t wait to visit again when I’m ready to enhance my home theater system. Highly recommended!
