Speedhome customer service is prompt and effective. The mobile app is intuitive to use and provides good functionalities. The platform is good for tenants to find places to rent (zero deposit) and also perfect for landlords to rent out their homes without worrying so much about tenancy agreements etc.

Been using speedhome for 2 years. Don't save on the insurance part because zero deposit can attract tenants who will default on payments or run away. The eviction process of my tenant who defaulted is handled by Shahrul Ariffin and is done smoothly. Hopefully claim process will be smooth as well.

My tenant of 9 months has been slacking in payment and left me with unpaid utilities bills. Finally after much deliberation, SpeedHome has issued her a final notice for eviction. And on 21/11/2023, with the coordination of En. Shahrul Arifin and on-site help from En. Mior Amerul from the Operation Team we manage to ask her to leave the unit and return the keys.
I would like to record my appreciation to both of them for making this process a smooth one without untoward incident.

Though minor issues in the beginning, very smooth service there after. Team is responsive and fast. Whilst this service is slightly premium, it gives assurance to landlords who dont have the time to manage their properties themselves.

I have been using Speedhome services since the pandemic period from 2021 and such application and services suite me the best that I would strongly recommend for owner who are busy and often traveling would choose Speedhome as your partner to manage your rental business.

As the landlords that have many properties

We found that their chat function is not user friendlly, It is hard to trace back the chat without a proper labelling function and filter function

They cancelled the on time rental add on benefits of the purchased standard package that we have paid after few days and told us that the benefits no longer available. They asked us to upgrade to protect+ higher package or retain the standard package without the add on benefits. We don't like to be in this situtation because I think they should honour what they promised.

-Speedhome contacted us to apologize and promise to honor the on time rental add on for standard package. We appreciate on their effort and hope we can work together with speedhome for long term. Speedhome is such a hassle-free platform to get a tenant for your property. The process is fast and convenient. I'd recommend to all landlord out there to use SpeedHome as their agent.

Unfortunately for me, the experience not all sweet. My selected tenant was a bit problematic towards the end of the contract. They have payment issues; both to me and to the TNB. This is more on tenant issues and not Speedhome issues as they're already did the due diligence (background screening) and I have already agreed to accept it.

Luckily, I was covered with insurance from Speedhome. I have managed to secure back my lost within quite short period of time. Thank you to the claim team especially Afiqah who efficiently assist me throughout the process. I must say the claim journey made easy by her and even there is a hick up, she immediately updates me and delivered as promised.

All in all, it is a good business between me and Speedhome and highly recommend to landlord especially if you urgently required a tenant for your property.

Claiming for defects was easy and funds were received quite quickly upon approval. Special thanks to Brittney who has been efficiently updating me on the progress.

Afiqah from the claims department is extremely professional. She managed to get my claims approved by appealing for it even after getting rejected for the first time. She is very patient and polite. She knows her job very well. I definitely believe she is an asset to the company.
