Comfortable and quiet customer lounge area while you wait for your car servicing or repair work. Service executives are friendly and approachable.
Convenience for customer. Have customer parking at basement. But a little bit confius where to park. Means, which area specific for customer to park the car.
Overall rate is ok.
Service all good, suggest axtra food for customer. Bacause service to long hours around 8 hours.
Please prepare food for customer TQ.
Overall, just okay. Has a comfortable place to wait for the car to get serviced. But, in this time, there's no complimentary such as breakfast. I have to wait for 4 hours and no coffee and bread they gave.
Still new, can only handle normal servicing. Most likely have to leave your vehicle overnight or longer for repairs.
Come on Sime Darby. Your plant use elephant glue to stick your car logo? This is Hyundai Santa Fe PREMIUM edition. Premium quality is always like this?

Damn Pissst of the people working in Service & Technical department! Nothin can be done for us as customer & I'm from Penang. Both Penang & Prai Branch SUCKS BIG TIME! I don't even know What the hell the Regional/ Big boss Manage this Hyundai for?

Won't even give a star if that was possible. Horrible service. Kept my car for a month with one excuse after another of missing parts and problems, even though I told them I'm leaving overseas. Then asking me to make payment while overseas without being able to see my car first. Don't buy Hyundai in Malaysia.
Anyone drive Hyundai Tucson made in year 2016? I so disappointed with the car's air con function! It always come out uncomfortable smell when I am driving. I had complained and sent to checked three times. Even though the service centre checked and changed the air cooler but it did not help at all! I believe that if circumstances do not solve and it will affect my health in my future driving time. How I should to encourage and support my friend to buy Hundai product!
