Kudos to your staff for their stellar performance in making us feel like unwanted intruders during our recent visit. The staff's incredible talent for looking down at us and dramatically moping around the car we dared to touch was truly awe-inspiring. It's heartwarming to witness such dedication to creating an atmosphere where rudeness thrives. Bravo!

Quite a complete showroom although Hyundai doesn't sell many models. Staff are helpful. Hyundai cars have quality but most they sell are CBU hence they will cost more and hard to sell. Staria is in commercial vehicle category hence no CBU tax and santa fe is CKD if not mistaken

Worst service. Nk balas whatsapp pun susah sgt service advisor nye. Kita nk bayar betulkn kereta pun payah sgt nak reply. Bukan minta duit, kita nak bayar minta order barang payah sgt. Takkan pergi sini lg.disappointed sgt

Launching new model event was for media Only. Media personnel just attend and write about the new model. They don't purchase the car at all.
Potential customers who are prepared to pay and purchase the car for RM150,000 are not made aware publicly in the media about this event launching and are not able to attend as a result.
No wonder, potential customers may not feel positive as a result.
You can find about the car by asking numerous owners of the particular model in question. That will be more specific and a more accurate feedback can be derived.
This Hyundai Creta 1.5 model is priced at around 150k.
Competition comes from sedans and crossovers. X-Trail, HRV, Corolla Cross, CX3, CX30, CX5 at this price range.
With only a 1.5 litre NA engine, it competes against HRV 1.5Turbo, Corolla Cross' 1.8, CX3 2.0 which have bigger powered engines and some even come with a Turbo engine.
I think the HRV 1.5Turbo, Corolla Cross 1.8 and CX3 2.0 are the big boys in this segment.

Sime Darby Hyundai, they feel themselves live in ivory tower and never care and critically lack of empathy in customer need. My car rear bump had minor sunk in and skirting need to be replaced which doesn't necessary and it can be fixed by fibred glass skill man. The whole process taking more than 2 months just for painting job whereas their dealer- CS EURO could mention they have too many cars to entertain and no time slot for my car!

Come to Sime Darby customer service they not created complaint case number to record and follow up and what they were doing just play along diplomatic game with you in the email and phone. Very gutted they had no solution actions at all. In what the same time my friend had rather serious mechanical repairment required Honda accord can be done in 17 days

Hyundai itself produce a very reliable car, firm Chassis, Confident in handling the corner but not Sime Darby big government minded service. Bear in my mind, some government departments do a much efficient than them. Don't buy Hyundai car unless you have too much love in their quirky design and not so practical electrical vehicle which you could buy Lexus gasoline well crafted, elegant car

Hyundai SC Ara Damansara SC is very bad. Booking at 10am, then advisor car should be ready 3pm plus another 1hr with wash means 4pm. No lunch there, all the nasi lemak finish by 11am. Then the car deliver by 4pm w/o wash. This is very ridiculous! For Hyundai brand. Plz take action Hyundai M'sia!

Made a booking for service, car was in at 9am for minor service. As per service advisor car would be ready by 12pm (without car wash). It's 3pm and still here waiting for the car to be ready without any information regarding the delay from the service advisor.not the first time wasting my time here for service, but definitely the last.bad name for the brand due to lazy work force.pls hire competent employees or a responsible manager to manage these lazy bunch.

Good Experience, the test drive was seamless and Sales person able to explain the features well. The constant follow up made me decided to go ahead with the purchase. Waiting anxiously for the stock to arrive.

Very nice and spacious showroom giving good impression on Korean wheels. However the sales team just don’t bother to serve but to play games at the counter.ohh my bad its Sunday they shouldn’t be working

A bit expensive and nothing spectacular about servicing the car there. Charged RM30 to diagnose a problem that should be part of their workscope.

I met salesman Edmund here, he is very professional, patiently explains, and friendly. I would indeed recommend here for you to purchase your dream car.
But I am not sure about the after sales services.

Salesperson is very friendly and approachable. We test drove the Ionic 5. It is a very nice car to drive. The showroom is very nice and spacious.

What happen to your new SC Ara Damansara? Call never pick up.my Ioniq stranded for one month at your SC and still waiting.asked for relieved car, SA informed Hyundai policy no Relieved Car.what an ashamed.

Pleasant showroom and fine atmosphere. Sales advisor was kind and friendly. Stocks were kept in the underground car park so if you buy from this outlet your car was kept away from the sun and elements.

Good: Service centre is new, environment is cosy, clean and pleasant

Bad: Service efficiency is very slow, you can come early and yet you need to wait for a few hours for normal car service. Other than that, car wash is not free anymore.

I used to service my car here during warranty period. However, due to unpleasant experience and the high charges imposed, I choose to go to another dealer to service my car.

Service was so slow even we set an early appointment. I was stranded for nearly 5 hours at the service centre. The standard reason given to me by the staff is because of high volume of the car queque for the service. So an early appointment arrange with the customer is become meaningless.
