Prompt action from Setia Gemilang team regarding my booking especially to Mr Venoth & Mr Raymond that help solved my issue. Recommended to deal with them.

Very slow service for suzuki vehicle. Inspection only already takes 3 days. I have to go there in person to ask if the vehicle is checked.
Spares also take an extra one whole week to arrive. Overall took more than 21 days.

Certain repairs can only be done on weekdays and that's not convenient to those that work at office desk.

Worst ever place! Hantar repair lain banyak benda lain yang rosak.keliling kereta semua calar.bila complain cakap tak tanggungjawab sebab eksiden bahagian depan. 2 kali masuk kereta suruh tunggu berhari hari end up result tak ada apa perubahan.makin teruk.aircond terus rosak.worst ever place.jangan datang sini!

Long wait and there is only one small room for Surau for mix men and women.
Waited three hours for a two hour estimated time for work, and to my despair only two parts for mounting were changed instead of four.

Very poor services, very slow, make appointment 2 days before to get my car on 7pm, remind him on 6pm, but still delay to 9pm? ! With reason servising customer!

The salesman wasn't professional. Promised to include a free gifts (steering wheel lock & umbrella) when we purchased our vehicles but the item was never given to us. Not well versed in line of work. Poor aftersales services.

IRRESPONSIBLE ceo, manager and staff. Suddenly all related staff that involve with my issue quit working with this company. Do not get item as promised. Please do not dealing with them. PROTON should terminate this company contract or what ever. This company should shut down it operation. They owe me some money!

Ada small playground, foods provided, ada massage chair.
Convenient nak tunggu.
Staff pun friendly.

Great customer experience.one of the best Proton Showroom I've been too.they also a waiting lounge with drinks and snacks.

The sales person who approached me needs to be more professional and in terms of the car knowledge should be more well verse and knowledgeable.

Staff & service worst, sbelum sign agreement & bayar deposit layan mesra, selepas buat semua tu layan nak tak nak.sangat worst.please elakkan.be carefull with this worst company

Kakitangan pusat servis kurang professional. Penjelasan service advisor kurang meyakinkan. Kos servis mahal padahal mengikut maklumat pada Jun 2017 harga servis Proton turun 30 peratus. Pendek kata servis kereta Proton di sini sungguh tidak memuaskan. Mekanik pun tak inform kerosakan sebenar. Hanya buat servis. Sehari selepas servis pergi bengkel biasa ada kerosakan.

Try to avoid this place for any reason. Take lots of time to settle problem.
Bad customer service. If they mess up upon repairing the car. They wont give u replacement car and wont give u anything for the compensation. Try ur best to avoid this place.
