I've been coming to your centre for service in the last year or so. And I'm glad to inform that I'm generally satisfied with the works.
Recently, my car had vibrations at 40km/h and 120km/h, and your team managed to determined the cause, which was the wheel bearing, and not the drive shaft or anything else. Managed to claim the front right side bearing. The vibrations lessened but not completely gone thus I came back for another diagnosis and this time I was told its 'normal' for some vibrations, but nonetheless, your team processed an MIR on 7th Nov 2023. Disappointingly, I've not had any news to date. I'm not sure how this process works and how long it takes but certainly there should be some sort of updates along the way.
I've asked to claim for the left side wheel bearings, just to start eliminating the possibilities for the causes of the continuous vibration, but was told I've to wait for the results of the MIR.
I cannot believe I've to live with a vibrating car for as long as I own this car, as I think there has to be something causing this vibration.
In all I know, it could be the drive shaft, or lower arm ball joint, absorber mounting, etc.
I didn't want to escalate, but i just need a solution and I hope you'll assist.

Got a text from your workshop informing me this vibration is NORMAL, according to the results of the MIR. I've been told by a third party Exora expert workshop, in words, that it's NOT normal hence will be heading to this workshop to confirm.
Really bad Service agent attitude, promised to send the repair parts quotation but never did it. Called couples of time and whatsapp but never reply the call or message.
Only regrets - They Didnt service my engine well enough and end up with oil leaked engine.
Came second time for repair thru warranty.
The leakage issue is solved, but Since then my engine consumes twice petrol than normal even in eco mode.
Conclusion - they created the problem and they couldnt solve the problem. Asking me to leave the car for 3 - 4 days at the workshop to solve the problem, Then how am i supposed to commute to work? Do i have to use my paid annual leaves just to solve the problem that was originally caused by them?
Only wasting my money and time going there. Truly unprofessional in terms of technical services. But in terms of hospitality i can give them only 1 star.
Free advice - trusts these comments, proton after sales service are the worst. Recommended to seek for another SC that are worth your time.
Banyak kali tinggalkan kereta dekat sana, Tetap tak solved masalah. Hantar dekat CS lain terus solved.
Bought my car here and sent my car for service here as well. The service there…. Still needs improvement and trainings. You saw other comments mentioning it’s hard to get booking appointments here? Yes I experienced it as well. They also have multiple person in charge for one single service. Where different people will be liaising with you and you have no idea how many times you need to repeat your car’s issue to them, and after service also you wouldn’t know who to tell when the issue is still there. Informed (one of) my car’s issue to them for 3 to 4 times where the technician keep saying there’s no issue even after I physically present there to show them. Now I have to go there again because they are finally trying to solve my issue by ordering the replacement part for me. So far for all the services that I have experienced here, I still have not been home happily after the services because the issue that I informed won’t be solved at one time, need to go back again and again to repeat the whole process. Overall the services here caused me a lot of time and trouble.
Pleasant experience albeit the booking session, quite hard to reach the call line but was explained later their line was having a technical problem. Everything else is good
U guys made my appointment on friday 21 apr 830am went there and not even open! At least have the courtesy to call to inform me!
Excellent customer experience. My car gor issue with the air conditioning and called a few proton service centres, and setia auto gemilang could complete it the shortest time among others. Shout out to nik who coordinated the process from the start till finish. He keeps me updated closely and regularly

So so bad service they said they changed my car’s relay but still I’m having the same signal issue. It’s a new car! And there’s no one is answering the call. Very disappointed.
