Used to be good, but now maybe because of CMCO they unnecessarily saying need to replace parts that don't need to be replaced. Ending up with a big bill. I won't be returning.

Had a proton for more than 5 years. Of all the service centres I've been to, Senaxis is the most reliable. The staff here are thorough and do their best to communicate with you clearly (especially if you're like me, a dummy when it comes to anything related to cars). Just remember to call to make an appointment. There are days where they have waaay too many cars to service, so you gotta be prepared to wait.

What a difference a day makes! Just yesterday, l suffered a hanky panky SC, stormed out from there, and then voila, today here l am being enamored with this splendid and highly reviewed SC. The responsive lady owner is tech savvy always keeping the technicians on their toes. They tick all the boxes of favourable expectations of car owners except one: a shortage of waiting seats due to space constraint and the high number of customers which for me nevertheless, is totally worthwhile.

Did my first 1000km service for my persona 2019 there and I would say that this service center is actually excellent. They take time to go through the issues that u face slowly and fix your car patiently. The staff are friendly and u can watch your car being serviced and talk to the technicians there. Had a good time there. Will come back again definitely

Friendly and efficient small service centre. Doesn't need any 3S/4S badges to prove they're reliable

Went to all the protons sc but this works out the best! I came and told them the issue and they immediately pin point and tell what needed to be done. Ordered the spare part and installed! Unlike other proton sc, instead of indentifying they told to change the whole bumper! Thanks to Mr. Kamarul for all the help and his immediate supervison on getting this done!

The staffs are really friendly. My favourite proton center don't mind traveling out of my way to get my car serviced here.

Best Proton car service & quality, confidences & friendly centre. Worth the money spend.

A decent sized Proton Service Center with about 4 working bays. Friendly staff and a very cooperative and understanding Service Manager Ruby. Has an indoor aircondition waiting area, water dispenser and sachets for those craving a cup of coffee while waiting. Food stalls and mamak is about 100meters away only.

Don't go. The good ratings here are lies. Did 2nd service here.

Went there in the morning. Told them specifically to use the engine oil that lasts until 20k km so will follow the service book. They (or that lady) explicitly acknowledged. Also told them to check the brake (got noise) and side mirror (vibrates on high speed).

After many hours, the lady said it's done and my next service is 15k km not 20k because they used the other engine oil. I said then you have ruined the timing of my services, she just acknowledged and said nothing can be done now.

I asked whether the brake & side mirror has been fixed. She could not provide an answer because the mechanic went to eat. She asked to try first.

Just as I expected nothing has been done to my brake & mirror and now I need to service my car earlier than supposed to be. Ruining the free labour voucher.

It's been 3 months now it's time to service my car (reached 15k). Spent almost an hour discussing with the proton service staff (at another service centre) on how to align back my service timing. Looks like I need to do one extra service than what was planned all due to those sneaky people at Senaxis.

I believe they deliberately did that so they can get extra income by forcing me an additional service as they know the free labour voucher is limited.

Please avoid these sneaky people. Don't get fooled by the ratings as I did.

Have been going for a long time as it is quite near to my house. Ruby runs a tight ship. Make sure you let them know if you have any specific issues you want them to look at when you send your car for servicing. Also let them know if you want the left over engine oil when they change the oil.

Very. Long to quiee. I remember just wanna add an hand hold at car need to wait 35 min just for that n answers no screw on that car holder

Small Proton authorized service centre, located at the corner business lot. Consists of 4 working bays. Air conditioned waiting area shared with the admin & office. Service pretty good with recommendation/advise by the mechanics & manager. There is nearby walking distance food court.

So far the best proton service center. They will suggest what to change and what we can still use until down.

The best Proton SC ever. Great customer service and system. Finally fixed my central lock problem which other SCs said 'have to change whole parts at the door'. Here the technician knew what is the problem, took 1 hour to dissamble and assemble the door. Problem was fixed and it was FREE of CHARGE. Also troubleshoot my non working radio, changed the fuse for RM 3.00 only. Done in 15 minutes.

This is one of the best proton service centre. With an exceptional customer service given. Kudos to staff here and also manager here. I will come here on regular basis from now on. (2 Times visit already)

You can see your car and communicate with the mechanic, very hands-on for us customers compared those big service centres.

I went there during the weekends. Service and workmanship was great. Just that the place is a bit small. I recommend that you go somewhere else while waiting.
