Good services centre for Proton cars. Foreman is knowledgeable and able to fix my proton car where other workshop unable to.

Been to a few PROTON Authorized service centers before Senaxis Sdn Bhd, I can confidently say this is the best and superb service center I've been to. The Service Advisors (SA) were polite and patient Putri and her colleague explained all the serviced items that will be done, they even called me back to inform me that my free service voucher is expiring and attend to me as a walk-in. Service technician Mr Kamaru is efficient, well versed and attentive. Senaxis really put to shame all those fancy 3S and 4S service center that only have good facilities but service is below par, so-so and mediocre. Mdm Ruby please retain your team by giving more bonus to all the staffs. Kudos to Senaxis team, keep up the good and honest work. Will be coming back in the near future to service my car. To all other PROTON owners out there don't take my word for it, go service your car there and experience it yourself.

Have been going here for more than 8 years to service my Proton cars. Professional service. The only problems are the long queues sometimes and no spare parts for old car models.

I Trust Senaxis more than I trust the Proton Service Center in Kota Bahru.

If you go to Kota Bahru.tell them your problem.leave with the same problem.they don't listen to you every time.they ask you stuff you don't even know.which they should have in their own records like what type of oil to change.

Senaxis is far more efficient and systematic.and they don't even take as long.

My dad has been servicing his Exora for almost 10 years now and it stills run like as if it was new.

I sanggup drive to KB to KL semata mata nak servis kereta sebab servis Proton Edar KB memang useless.either they are really useless or Senaxis is so good they make them look useless.

Everyone is doing the job with heart and passion. Repairs and checks are very detailed. Any problems are prove directly to the driver, with suggestions, estimated time of repairing and cost. Thank you to the mechanic Mr Kamarul.

I service my Exora there regularly even though it's no longer under warranty because Ms. Ruby and her staff really know what they are doing and they are honest. Will keep going there even though it's a bit out of our way. Good job Senaxis, keep up the good job

1st visit here, did my 20,000 km service. Saw lot of good reviews so I decided to try out, I called one day before and they still have slots on weekends. The staff explained what is included in the service and even the price beforehand.

Everything done within two and half hours, no hidden charges or stuff
Will definitely come back again although it is 20km away from my area.

2 times visited this service centre. 1st time when before raya. I send my Proton Saga for regular services. Requested for checkup since i was driving for long distance. SC advised for coolant flushing since they found out radiator coolant mixed with rust. Also they found out my car brake light was busted. Quickly they call to confirm for all these changes. Went 2nd time for oil change and the service was very quick and professional. It took only about 30 mins to complete oil change. Overall great experience.

Friendly staff n always made ckear what parts need to change or not to change. They give you the option, however they will advise you the reasons the need to change the parts.

Friendly automation technician -explained thoroughly on what has to be changed and the condition of the car.

I understand that we are in a recovery process from the lockdown but it seems really uncomfortable to wait outside of the office (really hot) while waiting for the car to be serviced - could benefit from providing distanced seating arrangement in the waiting area (at least with a fan).

It is like a one stop workshop. I wanted to spray paint the car bumper becos of scratches. They said can do it. Also asked about tinting of windows and they can do also. Services of car very good. Sorry no photos available.

Yes, bad experience. Service pilih bulu. Customer lain dtg walk in, tapi kereta dia got priority dlu even tak buat appointment (i heard the conversation). Customer service out. After service pun out.

I have went there for my Proton car service and when there is any damage to my car.
Even though the service center is small and not cosy as other big service center, but the service is excellent and fast.
Their staff are very nice, and extra thumb to their manager who is helpful and responsible.
Their phone line is also always reachable.
Strongly recommend this Proton SC.
