Mekanik kurang pengalaman dan careless.
Normal servis ok la, but untuk repair kurang memuaskan.
Even waiting is too much longer but they have a good place for waiting plus they provide a food coupon. They also wash my car. Thanks Rahman brother will come again to service my car.

Bought a car here 2015.5 yrs warranty. Been pestering to change absorber for years coz already needed to change base on opinion of my other mechanics. Absorber under warranty. Suddenly they make report recently, its rejected coz exceeded mileage konon. Then u guys been sleeping the whole time i pestered? Such liars these fellas
Sorry to say. Very bad service. Send my swift for just normal service after raya. Bring back and found oil engine tumpah sampai keluar melimpah depan bumper. Bukak engine found out engine oil cap xde.seems lupa nak pasang by mechanic sampai habis engine room tumpah kena minyak. Call back sc utk dtg pick up kereta and they said next day they will return car without say sorry and blame pulak customer sbb jalan rough sbb tu oil cap tanggal xlogic. Kereta ganti pon kata xde without pikir customer nak pergi kerja nak pakai kereta apa. Ni oil cap lupa.kalau customer hantar kereta lupa buat or check safety items.i think very dangerous
I made appointment upfront for 9: 30am and I arrived sharp at 9: 30am. Guess what at 11: 35am my car just started being service after my enquiry at the front desk. And waiting lounge seemingly equipped with wifi but none of it works - cannot get connected even with provided password. If they had told me it is not base on appointment, I wouldn't bother to make appointments and I wouldn't come to this service centre in the First place. To whoever wants to come here for service, enjoy the long wait with no wifi.
Took my service booklet without notifying me. From johor, came to service. Service advisor asked me to come pick up myself and they do not provide any postage services.
Bad staffs there.
I am pleasantly surprised with the service provided. I came to get help to install my side mirror that I purchased from the proton warehouse nearby. The service center has its own cafe that you can order food and drinks. There's plenty of chairs to sit, and the bathroom is clean. When the service is done, I am surprised to see they got my car washed and cleaned. If only this place is nearby to my house, I would have sent my car to this place instead.
I gave my car for service. They did not deliver on time and never bothered to inform in advance until I reached there to pick up my car. I took a break from work during lunch time only to waste my time going back and forth. This just adds to the already tarnished image of Proton service.
