First thing i notice, they smiles and you can feel the warmth with the gesture. My first time to service my car at Rahman Brothers. Just less than 5minutes, driving from my house. They provide good hospitality while u waiting. Comfortable too. Great service representative.

Setiap kali servis memang akan datang sini, SA ok, tempat menunggu ok, ada voucher boleh redeem makan, sambil servis boleh layan wifi free. So far so good.

Nak claim warranty pun senang walaupun kadang ada part yang takde stok. Jadi kena preorder.

Bought my first car here. Then after a month using it, power window had issue so needed to wait 3 months for the replacement parts. And now it has been fixed. All good now! For salesman, find Shafuan. For car issue inquiry, find Azuan. Both are good gents.

I am satisfied with the staff who is helpful and will attend you once they see you. They have cafe there you can enjoy while waiting. They also called after few weeks to ask whether my car is having any problem after the service. Thumbs up. So far the best PROTON service centre I have been to.

The centre has been upgraded when Proton embarked on upgrading all service outlets about 3 years ago.

2 3 day after service, balancing and alignment my proton saga, just heard knocking sound at tyre when driving.just find out 1 nut was detach from rim after remove cover rim.so funny, for those want to come here.pls think twice

Tak facilitate booking appointment thru apps walaupun buat seminggu awal. Pindahkan appointment cleint sesuka hati. Tak recommended.

Cons: (1) Limited car in show room, when i was there X70 wasnt even there (2) went there to test drive x50 at 9am (with booking earlier) but only get to drive at 1030am cause apparently some other staff has 'queued' other people's name earlier. This is unprofessional

Alhamdulillah I got my car pretty fast however the after sales service was not satisfactory. Service advisor just simply say "memang macam tu" on issues they dont know anything about. There's no follow up call on pending car issues, I always have to call back. Sales advisor made up stories to cover the reason why certain issues are long pending which in the end I found out was not true at all. Still a long way to go if they want to make proton an exclusive brand.

Saya mmg tak puas hati dengan finishing pekerja di sini. 6 kali datang utk tukar part yang sama.

buat appointment for 2nd time: exactly the same thing utk checkin dashboard sebab saya mintk buat balik sebab bunyi still ada lagi, tapi bukan bunyi belah dashboard dah ni.thr wholeee set atas bunyi. YaAllah sabar
pagi - ptg tunggu.amik kereta benda yang sama.

rupa rupanya, dorang pasang foam bukan khas dari proton selepas saya pergi service center lain.tak tahu foam apa dorang guna, tpi mmg bukan dari proton. WHAT.so pergi byk kalai benda tk akan settle sebab guna brg bukan proton punya.even cousin pun check kata dia main taruk je foam tu dekat dalam main lekat.tgk foam dia letak. Jahanam dashboard saya tertanggal melopong mcmtu.

If you own a Proton car, come here to get your car serviced. They give a food coupon for every customer and wash your car after the service. Great place to have your car serviced.

Eventhough a service dealer, they are better than some PESC for sure. Nice ambience, minimal waiting time and they even provide food coupon if you service here. The SA don't try to charge you with additional nonsense unlike some other places. Will come back for sure
