Did the balancing and alignment, quick and very well done. They found and fixed tyre leak while doing the balancing f.o. C.

They charge more than 100% for original spare part e.g. Toyota Absorber and Mounting. Be really careful!

Facing similar condition. Came due to good review, ended up being pay much more higher price for the spare part.comparing the price on few website. Absorber mounting RM 60-90 in few website, they charged me RM 230 for 1 mounting for each absorber. Do the math, it is 155% higher than the average price!

Went to check car alignment knowing that my car swerves to 1 side. Since this shop had good ratings decided to cross tyres and do alignment here, went on a Saturday evening and It was quiet and I was the only customer.

Bad move.after informing what i wanted to do, the manager straight away tried to upsell me to change sport rim. In fact i didnt take him seriously and jokingly told him I don't have budget for it. Then after taking of all 4 rims out he pointed out that my 2 of my front tyres are showing microcracks and he and his staff really pushed me to change tyres, in fact his young staff even said that my tyre may EXPLODE on highway if I don't change.

He recommended me to change all 4 tyres as the other 2 has started to show early signs of microcracks too but not yet obvious. To give him the benefit of doubt I asked him to quote me 3 tyre models for my car. 2 of the 3 models he quoted me was at least rm100 - rm150 higher / per tyre, compared to the average price in Lazada. 1 of the model he quoted was generally cheap but it was a 2016 year tyre according to him. I even showed him the lazada prices and told him his prices are very high and he cheaply said those all fake one and better I don't trust them. Knowing the above I told him I don't plan to change the tyres now and asked him to put back all the tyres. He looked quite pissed.

I later took the car to another tyre shop nearby home who has worked on my car before. The foreman mentioned the tyres are getting old and because of the heat is starting to crack and maybe related to the brand/model tyre in use. But no harm to use a bit more as the thread bump has not reached the surface yet, in fact he recommended me not to hold back the alignment.after few months when I have decided to change tyre only then do the alignment together. I also rechecked the tyres with the car official service centre few days later and service center agreed the microcracks are not sign of the tyre going to explode but they did suggest me to start planning to change tyres soon.

It's so unfortunate they are scruplous retailers like this that uses the scare method and try to take advantage of the situation (when all ur tyres are out) by wanting to Upsell and squeeze customers. I would avoid this shop at all cost.

I can't fathom how they got good rating here. Maybe I came at a wrong time when the shop had no other customers and all their staffs were free so I could see their true behaviour.

My wife had a flat tyre and had to be left a few km away from this shop, because her wheel nut was too small for our standard sized wrench.

I came to the shop in the morning to ask for help when the shop just opened at 9am. The supervisor Ah Mun was very helpful, and offered to borrow me their portable air tank to temporary fix my wife car's flat tyre and bring it into their workshop. The service was provided free of charge.

The supervisor inspected the car and showed me that the car tyres were old and should be replaced for our safety. He pointed out the cracks that I wasn't aware were on the tyres.

The price he charged was very reasonable, and service was friendly, swift and efficient. Would definitely come here again to fix my car for peace of mind.

My car pulls to the right when braking, this was after the repair in Nissan itself due to an accident. The best part, Nissan themselves said they dunno why the car pulls and got me to send my car there about 3 times, no fix! Went to rabbit yesterday, in 20 mins they said it's brake jam, in 30 mins he fixed the problem. I also changed my springs.best part, they only charged for the spring change and alignment.not for the brake jam fix and rear brakes service! Highly recommend!

Boss r trustworthy.friendly staff.fast n efficient.also do car/aircond servicing/change of engine oil.filter.etc.can always call n ask for tyre promotion.etc

Boss: Super champion. Walk in, talk to me half way, walked away. Very rude in my opinion if you treat your customers like that.

Enquired to him on replacing some parts. I told him that I brought my own parts. His staff earlier quoted RM50, he quoted RM60. I mentioned to him your staff said RM50 only. He told me in cantonese "U want do you do, don't want then don't do".

RUDENESS LEVEL: Tahap DEWA.

If you don't even have proper standards in a service (simply call price). Pasar malam meh? How do you expect people to trust you? Went else where, got my replacement done for RM30. So, not only rude but expensive.
