Got my car battery changed here, the person was friendly but was preoccupied. He did check everything twice prior I drove off.

I bought 4 2nd hand tyre here. Rm80 each. Not even 10 days yet. The tyre already had problems. Turns out it was already patched before. Sold me a punctured tyre that couldn't even last a 10days.

Bought 1 set of tyres from this shop used for 1 day and got leak. Owner said cannot claim and was saying that we hit a big pothole that cause the hole he asked us to change another tyre and we had to pay for it. The tyre size was 195/50/16 im using 205/45/16 more thinner tyre and hit many potholes at high speeds and never happened to me. Would never come here again and would never recommend anyone here again

Their friendliness is scary, always ask me to change rims, change brake pad, change this change that every time i visit their shop, my car was only 2 years old, 1st time change was ok, but i notice something amiss, they just wanted sales and said this and that need repair. Sorry i wont go to this shop anymore

The only shop I could find during public holiday and they manage to change the run flat tyre. Technicians are friendly and experience. The price is reasonable as well. Overall it is a recommended place for tyre exchange or service.

Cheapest run flat tyres in town. Even though they use Radar tyre (Chinese based), it has lasted me for over 2 years without issue, unlike my Pirelli P7 and Michelle PS4 that easily burst when hitting any potholes. Highly recommended!

5 star for technician. However, 1 star for their customer service. SO RUDE. Everything goes well but when customer service becomes rude. Customer no mood to do already. Suggestion: please let your technician or someone experienced enough in explaining to speak with your customer. Not your current Customer service. So rude all he knows is dollar and cents not even explaining well. I believe customer has their right to question what happen to the car and it’s not about trusting your workshop or not with those questions.

Kindly please train your customer service to speak well. All good experience till the last call from your customer service which turn down the deal.

Price wise is reasonable. Not much difference with authorized service center. Similar experience with other comment here where they suggest to change tyre as well saying it’s already 5 years when my tyre was changed a year ago. Whether to change or not I believe every car workshop has their own standard when to change. Customer to find second opinions.

Came to wash the inside of my tires and staffs were very friendly and hospitable. Very satisfied for a fussy customer like me. I like the suggestions offered for other aspects of car maintenance.

Poor experience at this shop. The supervisor Sam is not sincere and provided inaccurate information. He advised to change tyre unnecessarily. I went to another shop for second opinion and didn't need to change tyre at all. MCO is bad and likely this is the way to boost business. I'll never go back. Not recommended!

Slow service with no option to book for appointment. Despite refusing for installation of clips for undercarriage, they still installed and charge me higher than quoted. Poor knowledge of car servicing intervals and recommended for CVT oil change every 20k km as well as accusing the spare parts I have purchased from verified stockist and distributors are fake. Would not be coming back again and I don't recommend anyone to come here.

Straight to the point staffs. Reasonable price. Fix everything nicely. Free fogging interior and balancing. 5 stars from me.

They have the cheaper china tires as an option - not available at all other stores. Lots of staff, mostly well-spoken.

Good service with on time giving. We have done our full service and also change tyre. We got second hand sporty wheel cup also. It's a good choice

Was all along OK, until I found out they change a wrong air filter size for my proton, even such a common car can go wrong! Unforgivable!

The mechanic has absolutely no clue what he was doing. To cut the story short, my car was having some rattling noise, mechanics claimed to know the faults and did some minor service plus so called repair and charged a few hundred ringgits. It turned out the problem wasn’t solved at all, it got worse after a few days.

The service at rabbit tyre are getting worst. I’m their regular customer. They not fixed the issue but ask you to change unnecessary things! They put nail at your tyre! Very poor service ever!

I changed 2 new tyre (front-continental MC6) and the thread came out within 6 months. They cant really explain what happen since my behind tyre is still intact after 4 years. It sounded a little dodgy to me as if it is a fake tyre which cost me about RM300+ each. I am very dissapointed customer and not going to this shop again. I am waiting for the owner to contact me to see if they can compensate anything for me.
