Came over here after JPJ rejected which we still approach with one of staff here named Mr. Muzamin (white t-shirt) with immediate response settled down within few seconds just through by phone.

Today was also good, but not as good as the first trip. This guy at the scan post was a bit unfriendly. The guy taking temperatures. Scan documents guy was OK. That time was 10.30am.

Experience and is better to check our cars condition at least once or twice. We can maintain it.

Sungguh cepat dan jujur.cum ah budak nya yg kat puspakom semuah baru.jdi dia ikut spik.yg kecik masalah seperti pengelap cermin rosak sikit tetap gagal he heh tpi oklah terbaik dan cepat

Making appointment is useless and pointless. Paying online but you still have to go through the payment counter like everyone else, so that's useless as well. All in all, Puspakom is useless.

Came in for 'LKM Tamat Tempoh Lebih Setahun' & 'Pemeriksaan Tukar Nama'
Arrived: 8.45am

Pros:
- the inspection took only around 30 mins +- (not many people when I came) BUT, you might need to queue for a long time if there are too many people.

Cons:
- the system are very confusing for 1st time people that come to Puspakom (the staff doesn't really give guidance on the steps to do).
- especially during the end of the inspection where the staff just leaves your car turned on & leaves the door open, they didn't even call you or inform you that the inspection already done & you need to take your car (fortunately, few people before me knows what to do & I just follow what they did).
- there are no numbering system that calls you when the inspection already done, instead you need to go to the counter to inquire about the inspection.

Tips for newcomer:
1.do on9 appointment, pay directly to avoid hassle & print the confirmation mail that came with QR code
2. Going to the centre, go early, (bring: confirmation mail (QR code), green card, IC & pen (you might need to fill some form at the Gate)
3. Arriving at centre (scan QR code) (tell the good guy standing in front of the 2nd Gate what type of inspection you want to do & he'll guide you to which Gate you need to go)
4. At the Gate (give to the staff: confirmation mail, green card & IC) (here you need to pay if you haven't) (then the staff will give you 'stapled document' & lead you to go to which 'Lorong')
5.at the 'Lorong' (turn off your engine, leaves the key, give the 'stapled document' to the staff there (keep 1 of the receipt) & wait at the "waiting area" in front of the 'Lorong')
6.when you see the staff leaves your car outside the 'Lorong', that's the signal to take your car & park somewhere 1st, then, go to the counter (check for your car plate no.in the book (if present, means the inspection is done), give the receipt to the staff & tell them your turn no. (written in the book), they'll give the result + your green card, sign the book)
7. Done

(all of these are based on my experience at Puspakom)

P/S: if it is too much hassle for you, just make an appointment for MOBILE VAN inspection that come directly to your house with an extra fee of RM100. (appointment need to be made 3 days earlier)

You can fix appointment first using Mypuspakom. Open on sunday too. Very convenient. Know what you want to check, make the booking and make payment via online. Keep the QR code send via youe email. That QR code is importang to enter the car park. Go to the counter and they will direct you to the designated area. The staff especially the female staff were very helpful and polite.

You need to register online first.
I set 8am appointment and reach there at 7.45am.
The queue was already quite long but it was smooth. Mostly commercial vehicles queuing.
For passenger cars, the wait was not too long. I was 3rd in queue and got my certificate out before 9am.

The online portal allows you to book your session and type of service which is quite convenient but for some reason the service I wanted was not properly listed. I ended up paying for another service and got rejected when I arrived there.

I had to pay for the right service when I was there which was not a problem but they did not accept debit or credit cards and I had to exit the facility to withdraw money and queue up at the walk-in section.

Queue was not too long and inspection was quite uneventful.

After the inspection, customers had to wait for the results and this is where improvement is highly needed. No announcement or display system available and the staff member used this system in which your car's plate number is written in a table on a piece of A4 paper. Pretty backwards if you ask me. The waiting area is also in need of improvement. Water dripping from somewhere and damaged chairs are some of the things that need to be looked into

The staff at the result receiving counter after inspection is horrible.he was extremely rude to me and every one.seriously this need to be reported.he thinks he doing this work for free.this guy need to learn his lesson.the Management put a notice at the counter '''sila tegur kalau saya terlupa senyum''' something like this.i dont mind if he didn't smile or what but he was behaving like one barbarian.pupakom management please look into this matter.u should hv cctv at the counter with audio recorder.

This place doesnt deserve a star. If you're used to the convenience and efficiency of a modern world, this place will bring you 10yrs backwards. Service is slow, staff work at "tidak apa" pace. It took them 1 hour to re-inspect my headlamp and tinted front window while the car was idling on the bay and theres no other car in front of mine. Theres this opening on the window that you have to wait in front of it because they wont call your name but expect you to be there when your result is out. So you have to hang out in front of the window.apparently still 3rd world quality, broken chairs and all, dusty and humid.
And they managed to break my sidemirror but nobody admitted to it. Left the place with a lot of disgust.avoid if you can unless theres no other choice. Cheers

Info shows as open on saturday & sunday.but when reach there guards said sat & sun off day. Than why there is no update in website. Wasting of time.

One word.poor system.what is the point of booking online.paid online.once reached still need to queue like the rest to "kaunter bayaran". As reminder, if appointment were fixed at 930am.do arrive at 30mins earlier or 45min.bad experience for those came 1st time.

Kalau taknak beratur lama, datang awal pagi. Ataupun book dalam website puspakom. 'Debit card' boleh guna tapi lebih baik sediakan tunai sbb takut 'system down' dan akan mengganggu kelancaran pengguna lain.

Lots of room for improvement. Too many to list down. I just hope I'll never have to go back there for anything. The only reason I've visited this place a few times was to inspect my car for ownership transfer.
One thing I must point out, these people working there seriously lack common sense.

Remember year 2011 i sent my myvi for car inspection (ownership transfer), because of the front strut bar blocking the engine number the young malay officer don't know how to open up the air filter box with just four simple clip in order to see the engine number? Somemore blame customer for installing strut bar? How he graduated from school and become an puspakom car inspection officer?

My company lorry send in for inspection but FAIL.i dont really get it why, for your info, my company lorry although it already more than 6 years plus and yet not frequent drive! It really look brand new everything was good condition.always do inspection Fail tire break behind.for no reason.

Pekerja (terutama supervisor) kurang hajar. Proses nak tungga result lambat. Kalau group DRB-Hicom je mesti je bagi service tak guna pada pelanggan
