Terlalu teruk. 3jam setengah baru siap. Tak guna booking online kalau kena tungu lama macam ni. KPI YG TERLALU TERUK. Dah tu gagal sebab getah pemijak brek koyak sikit. Apa salahnye bagi amaran lisan. Layanan kakitangan yg buruk dan x mesra. Kakitangan mesra dengan Ulat2. Sebab tu kalau nak berurusan dengan puspakom kena pakai runner baru boleh lulus dengan jayanyalori yg nak roboh pun boleh lulus kalau pakai runner. Tulis banyak2 pun bukan korang baca. Jawap lah nanti kat sana dng tangunjawap yg diamanahkan kat KORANG.

Straightforward and smooth experience, most important thing is to make appointment online in advance. On inspection day, bring along all required paperwork for the vehicle and arrive half an hour before the stated appointment time.

Grab e-hailing puspakom checking centre, need to well maintain the car obeying the rules and regulations then confirm pass checkings. Staff also friendly. Using qr scanner to pay or use touch n go wallet to pay puspakom easy service

Giving appointment at 12.30pm.at 12.45pm they close for Rest till 2pm.
Then why having slot for 12.30pm? Hmmm. Our time have no value

Pekerjanya biasalah macam tak puas hati dengan pemilik kenderaan! Nampak tension hj! Nak tanya apa2 refer kat kertas hj mereka tak akan layan kita! Kita terpaksa buat silap dulu! Barulah merka akan tegur kita! Peraturan dah ketat! Papan lori pecan sikit pun tak boleh, mud flap, wiper, pedal pad, lampu tak kemas, sticker tak tepati ukuran semuanya akan gagal! Sebelum ke ujian elok consider semua benda ini!

Very bad signage and queuing system that contribute to the mess. If you book for an appointment, come VERY EARLY and try nit to book at 12 as they will stop work and go for lunch. My advice to Puspakom Padang Jawa. Have a systematic queueing system and shift system so client don’t have to wait for hours

WORST SERVICE EVER HERE! Came here at 12pm as following my schedule the que was long once reached to counter 4 the staff just went out like nothing leaving few cars behind for 1 hour wasting our time just to have her lunch! Puspakom should consider on this matter and look up on to this situation. I understand your staff is hungry at least you could replace another person to handle until that staff have her lunch. I paid online RM35 and yet making us to wait. They should really change their que system! I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS PUSPAKOM

Purely terrible service ever I've encountered!
They don't even deserve 1-star but there's no choice.

Not much to say about this place.the officers checking our vehicle is doing their job and the client always complaining about them this and that.
I would say.puspakom is good for those having vechile because it can minimise our safety

Engaged them for on-site inspection which you can book appointment for them to come over to your area for inspection. Super punctual and hassle free process. Both officers were friendly and helpful. Thank you again

Be prepared to queue in your car should you be coming in for a car inspection. Lots of trucks lining up. Come early

Servis ok, staff jer yg x ok. Layanan tak begitu memuaskan kerana staf didapati suka marah2 customer2 yang bertanyakan panduan, dan lepak gelak bersama2 dgn customer yg mungkin mereka kenal. Can be improved.

Was asked to book for appointment online as no walk in is allowed. This is on June, 2022. Went back home to register online and waited for email verifications for days. Still unable to log in.

Pantas dan efisien. Cuma keadaan jalan dekat pintu masuk nak beratur sebelum ke guard tu tolong la bagi rata. Berlubang sana sini. Yang bawa Alphard Vellfire untuk ujian puspakom risau rosak kereta nanti.

Fairly quick if you book a slot ahead of time. Waiting area for private vehicle report collection has to be improved.

Worst experience ive ever had. Saturday puspakom is closed but the working hours is not updated and wasting my time. The customer service also unresponsive even the live chat. Pls update your working time and work properly. Thanks.

Although I'm familiar with certain areas of Shah Alam, I could not visualize the location from the map. The trip there was eventful, going, I believe the longest route through Meru, Klang. On the way back, I discovered that it was a very short distance from the Federal Highway, opposite UITM. Felt the Maps could have taken an easier, shorter route.
