Pemeriksaan B2 mewakili banyak pemeriksaan, contohnya Lesen kenderaan Motor tamat lebih dari satu tahun, Pemeriksaan pemindahan nombor pendaftaran, Pemeriksaan import baru dan terpakai, pemeriksaan kemalangan, pemeriksaan pengesahan identiti, pemeriksaan tukar kegunaan, dan banyak lagi. Untuk Pemeriksaan B5 mewakili pemeriksaan untuk tukar hak milik (urusan bagi jual atau beli kenderaan dan penukaran nama waris). Untuk B7, pemeriksaan mewakili HPI (sewa & beli), E-hailing (Grab), Penukaran Enjin kalau enjin belum endorse/beli enjin baru. Semua pemeriksaan ini, boleh dilakukan di Puspakom Glenmarie. It's very easy and convenient. Puspakom personnel's are very helpful. Done in 1.5 hours. My 2nd time visit and both times are as memorable. Individuals should do the inspection on your own. It's much cheaper.

Was there at 10.50am for 11.00am appointment. A bit chaotic on the queue but staff are super helpful. Got my car done at by 12.30 noon

The online appointment booking and the inspection process for my ownership transfer went smoothly with no problems. I made an appointment for 8: 00 a.m. There was already a short queue outside at 7: 30 a.m. When I arrived but it was still quiet and cool so early in the morning and not an unpleasant wait, and they started moving cars in at 7: 50 a.m. Inside the compound the queue splits into two, one for those with bookings, the other for walk-ins. And each of those queues splits into two channels in the inspection areas, so they inspect four channels of cars at a time. If you don't know what you're doing (and I didn't) everyone around is very helpful to point you in the right direction. The inspection completed and I was able to get my car and leave at 8: 40 a.m. Just over an hour from when I started queuing. Best to make an online appointment booking and prepare any documents like the authorization form (if needed) in advance for a faster process.

First visit for 11 am appointment to do a name transfer. Expected a centre with large warehouse size space, but found out to be a light industrial lot of about two shoplot size. Need to join the queue on the road outside the lot and gradually advance forward as cars are cleared after inspection. Overall, took about 90 minutes from queue to obtaining the vehicle pass certificate. Staff were helpful in controlling the queue and enquries. Of course, there is much room for improvement!

10/5. The very first time I actually enjoyed a Malaysian government service. Very surprised at how much of a brotherhood there was when I was there. Everyone was getting along and enjoying eachother's company, no matter the age or race. Made a few friends myself.

In terms of the process, it was very straightforward. Park your car somewhere near the entrance in order to fill out some forms for registration. Mine was transferring ownership (B5). Make sure to make a booking through Puspakom either online or through the app, saves a LOT of time. Then, line up on either the "booking" or "walk-in" queues and wait.

People are EXTREMELY civil here. The queue often blocks traffic flow, so to minimise hassle for surrounding shops, the staff and people are going to ACTIVELY make sure people aren't cutting lines and blocking traffic. Absolutely fantastic!

If you literally don't know what you're doing like I was, there will be a bunch of friendly people who can help explain to you the step by step process. The security guard, staff, people and even neighbouring shops were all willing to help me get everything sorted.

All in all, took around 2-3 hours from 11am on Saturday to get from start to finish. Didn't feel like any time at all! Extremely recommended!

Hated the fact you need pay first for booking and there is a 7 day refund policies that I wasn't notified. I lost my deposit

Biadab sungguh staf di PUSPAKOM Glenmarie hari ini. Saya baru hari ini kali pertama datang pemeriksaan kereta dan tidak tahu sangat prosedur yang lengkap, tetapi kemudian saya terus dihalau oleh staf tersebut sebab tidak mempunyai geran kereta asal. Kalau saya tak ada mana-mana dokumen yang diperlukan sekurang-kurangnya bagitahulah apa yang saya kena buat seperti dapatkan geran asal di JPJ Padang Jawa daripada suruh saya berambus dan datang lagi esok. Mana perginya nilai budi bahasa staf PUSPAKOM dalam bulan Ramadhan ini? Adakah semua staf PUSPAKOM memang kurang ajar dalam bulan mulia ini?

Screwed up place controlled by all the runners. You come with or without online booking also need to ‘Q’ as per normal.

I got a hunch that they are not following SOP as first time I came I did not ‘Q’ I just park my car outside and walk in scan my QR code on the machine. They all, including Officers and Runners let me cut ‘Q’ because I already scanned my QR code. It’s like they have SOP for online booking but not following to help the runners.

They said normal process is booking online also need ‘Q’ up once your car reach turn then only you can scan QR code.

Second day I ‘Q’ up for 3 hours.

FYI all runner don’t do online booking they do walk in as slightly cheaper.

SPRM should investigate this Puspakom place.

Booking online tapi bila sampai kena tunggu bertahun jgk. Stag yg serah keputusan kenapa selalu period ke asyik nak menyinga aje

Come on the date and time that I had booked online and still have to wait for 1 hours plus before by turn.

I must have walked in at the wrong time & date, because the place was practically deserted and empty that I thought it was closed. They convinced me that they were open, so I did my Engine Change Inspection in less than 45 minutes. What a stroke of luck. This Puspakom Rules!

Same old archaic system in place despite apps based bookings and paying additional for online booking.

Not a good place to b used for puspakom inspection centre coz it's kind of small and traffic there is heavy due to it being light industrial kind of area. Best to make prior bookings as even with bookings u might have to wait long. For walk in customers, be prepared for a long wait.

Why my account already deduct but the booking not listing inn my reservation.call puspakom and hotline in 2 days but there has no reply.already email but not reply too.please answer how i can get my refund

Did B5 n B7 within 1hour frm online appointment. Very efficient. The Manager was very helpful to guide the process n procedure until collection of result. Thank you En Azri. Keep it up
