First time gagal. Forgot to peel off tint cos first time do at night. Quite dark totally forgot. Wasted time. Redo next day at night then only passed.

My first time doing a Puspakom test. It went on smoothly and done within 1.5 hours. I would suggest anyone going for the test to check where to queue. A few of us was queuing at the wrong line because there were no signage. Other than that everything is good. Results almost immediate to your email.

Be aware that are 2 queues, one called B5 for Private Ownership change and the other B7 for Hire Purchase. Ask someone if you are in the correct queue.
Queue at least 30 min before your appointment. Queue first, then when inside compound only submit your docs to be scanned first at left most counter. Then you will get your docs back which you then have to submit to the ladies in the next counter. The docs are the Reg card, appt letter and your NRIC. Make sure your email is on the letter because the results will be emailed. No more hard copy given, they have outsource the printing to you. The lady will give you back your NRIC and tell you that you can get back your Reg card after inspection is over at the Collection Room. Then you watch the queue and advance your car for inspection. The inspector will take over your car and hand it over when done. You will then park your car outside and go back to the collection room to ask for your Reg card. Ask for it as no one will call out when it is ready. In the meantime check your email for the results. All in all, the process took nearly 2 hours for me and saved me a lot of money.

Called to make booking on 26 January 22 at 9.15am and was asked by operator to hold on 20 mins and decided to give up after no response.
Puspakom needs some competition to buck up.

Acah je by appointment. Tapi 2 jam kena tunggu baru dapat masuk tempat inspection. Cis. Pastu jangan lupa GERAN ORIGINAL! Kalau tak anda TIDAK AKAN DILAYAN.

Quick, efficient and for someone who doesn't know the process, there are helpful security guard and other guests that'll be happy to guide you. Just got to ask around.

Mula-mula kekok, sebab first time. Kepada sesapa yang dah buat appointment awal, make sure keluarkan resit bayaran online pastu scan QRcode resit tu pada camera yang terletak kecik je masa nak que untuk check. Lepas scan, baru tunggu giliran kena check. Saya buat check untuk motorsikal.

Short queue, friendly technical staff and runner,
Only need to improve the staff that handles the payment as the seemed quite harsh, might as well add some speakers outside the cubicle so that you dont have to scream

Dun know think about customer, all policy just protect them self, in apps have remark if need cancel booking can call service center and free of charge, but after call it say out new policy already, no refund already, what's standard of this? If can't cancel why dun change the FAQ in apps?
And I first time booking for puspakom, forget key in some info also let me process, until me walk-in, counter say I dun have key in the info, can't process it, and need pay again the fee for inspection, then before the booking fee is can't claim back

Disebabkan mereka ni memonopoli market inspection kereta, mereka tidak mementingkan servis yg memuaskan. Sangat slow.

When we over pay they never refund our money need to call their HQ then HQ need to verified with Branch. System is very efficient but the refund should as efficient as the app system as well.
Please look into this ya

Newbies. Good service and explanation from the Puspakom Team. Not forgotten Polis Bantuan and the Security Guard help alot when 1st time there.tqvm.by the way no taking pictures are allowed there

Only needs better queue system. Especially, those who come early and no proper guidance which row to queue for the respective inspections. Individual owners who come once in a few years get caught in the wrong queue. Had to change queue lost a few positions. Thanks.

Begins as a pain when the runners "over run" you during lining up; parking in line or submitting the forms (even if booked online) The counter staffs assumed I was a newbie runner I think & gave me the "treatment" but later all went well. The officers were good enough to show me around
