47 Very bad service of this branch. Sale advisor work more than 10 year still unable provide professional services.
Keep on asking refund more than 6 month. They still make the payment to customers.
Took my carx70 on February. Untill now still unable make refund.
Very bad. Have to say that even government service is better than this junk yard. How are they even to cope with the X70. Proton sucks even now. Money face. Too bad.
Staff is not really friendly, gives customer the feeling to disturb them.
Waiting time is too long, waiting area very small.
Not sufficient parking for servicing cars.
Need appointments also for basic stuff upfront, still don't stick to the times.

Only offer water for waiting customers, before also offered some basic food. Not sure if this is because of Raya or general to cut costs?
What's up with this stupid place? Has it closed down? I tried calling on and off for 2 weeks already (whenever i can get out of the office) but the calls get terminated as soon as it rings. Sometimes few rings and connected and can hear it being picked up.with background talking. Then my calls get terminated again. I check the internet and it is always the same number. Can't find other numbers. Looks like Proton don't want business anymore.
Update 12/3 I didn't know this place already moved across the highway. That day I pass by, the place was abandoned. The new place is not convenient as the curve is across the highway so no shopping while waiting for car service. So looks like time to leave proton after 10 years. Bye bye!
I sent my car to the Proton Edar Platinum Branch Damansara for servicing at 9 am this morning. After listening to the maintenance work I needed, the gentleman (Mr Sazali) at the counter worked on the computer and showed me how much that would cost. He then told me that the maintenance tasks would take about 2 hours. The Proton Shuttle Service driver then sent me back to my house. About 2 hours later, Mr Sazali called to inform me that my car was ready for collection. The Proton Shuttle Service driver came to pick me up from the house back to the Proton Service Centre to collect my car. Wonderful, absolutely wonderful! I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at the Proton Service Centre Damansara for the seamless service.

Service advisor pon, take note lah apa customer request. Ni tak, ambik kereta mesti je ada yg terlupa nak buat. Tak semua. Tp segelintir tu yang menjadi virus!
They’re asking me to come at 8am but then there’s no one here at 8.28am. Their operation hours should be start at 8am not 9am.

Good and friendly staff. Simple service doesnt take long. Convenient location. Can walk to ikea while car is being serviced.
INCOMPETENT TECHNICIAN. Made appointment to fix top gasket of my car. Service done good on that part, but the very disappointing when I have my car back, the gear knob bottom cover (manual transmission) is broken. It is not even the part that need to be disturb for my intended servicing.then the most disappointment after about almost 2 months servicing, I notice engine oil leaks, when I checked the drain plug was loose. Found out that the inner thread of the bottom catch engine oil tank is loose. Most probably technician over tightening without proper torque wrench. Quite bad experience. Service done on Nov 2017.
Why open on Sunday when ur staff could not commit to the office hour mentioned?

Sales Rep are friendly and helpful at this outlet. Especially thanks for the sales rep (llia), I'm asking for test drive 2 car, she explained every question that i asked and patient all the time. So sorry, not notify you when i try ABS brake.
Service center: this outlet not really good at servicing car. Prefer taman mayang SC.
WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER! The only plus side is the convenient location. Booked slot at 8.30am, 4pm only they start checking. Sent the car in for air cond problem, for two weeks they couldn't solve it and asking me to leave the car for another 10 days. Made me change the water host, and other parts costing rm300+ that didn't solve the problem one bit. Ended up going to a regular air cond shop at road side and they fixed it in an hour costing rm50 only. If you're buying a car or if you're a mat salleh, then they'll treat you like a king (witnessed it during my waits there)!
The credit card payment was offline today, very inconvenient to customers, having to withdraw $$$ from ATM: (
First time here was slightly dissapointing. Did an alignment but Steering wheel was still off centre. Customer service was fine.
This time I come for service is excellent. Everything on time. Even washed the car. Good improvement. Steering finally centered.
The service here is terrible. I have to wait nearly 45 mins just for an SA to attend me eventhough i have made appointment. They need to improve!
Beware of proton 7 days a week for warranty claim, one of SA asked me to come on monday for warranty claim.
Worst service ever.no one answering the phone.pick up the phone then straight away put down the phone. Customer service not helping at all.have to wait 30 minute for someone to notice you. They need to brush up their service skills. Need to improve efficiency. Will be the last time ever to send my car to this service centre.
Very bad and doesn't seems to improve. I had far too many bad experience here. The service branch manager is not taking the problem seriously. I would vote it as one of the worst Proton service centre. One of the main reason not to use Proton. They should start taking pride of their work
