One of the best service center, really like the way they upgrade their services to customer like cafe, shuttle services, wifi and etc.
Not all the CS rep staff are friendly here or customer oriented but they do assist to resolve your issues end of the day.
Went for service on a Sunday. Settled within 2 hours. More service center should operate on Sunday to ease customers. Thumbs up to Proton

First time came here for service and few complaints. Well attended by service advisor Syirin. Took less than 3 hours only for the job. Syirin explained thoroughly. Ambience all good. Good job & keep up your good work! Your boss should reward Syirin for her services. Definitely will come again
Smooth booking of appointment for sevice, helpful & friendly staff, in house starbucks & cafe, cozy waiting area and estimation of cost and service time was almost spot on.
Purchased Proton X70 with Mohd Harkin (Sales Advisor). Did a good car explanation, polite and explain every single detail to me. Even encourage me to test drive different spec of X70 and X50 to experience it before purchase the car.
The whole progress takes 4-7 days, for loan approval and car delivery.
Highly recommended to deal with Mohd Harkin.
Went for servicing. The lounge was in bad shape. Floors were rotten. Meals were limited to biscuits and beverage were limited to 2 options. I could only find one plug for my laptop and WiFi was not offered. If you are tye management of the establishment, please upgrade as I think your service center has potential. Your staff are helpful and very accommodating. It is a shame your infrastructure is rotting away.
The service was terrible. My car was in the shed for three weeks. I kept calling them so many times to check on my car to see when I can come collect it and noone answers the phone. It's like noone works there. I have to buy the spare parts for them to fix my car. If not my car would be in there for another week or so. Who knows right? They don't even know when the parts are coming from the warehouse. And the warehouse doesn't even have the parts. So where are the parts coming from? If the parts are so difficult to find then close shop. Don't sell local cars. It's a local production and apparently the spare parts are hard to come by. Never again will I ever send my car to any proton center.
Went there for test drive and get quotation for X50 and persona. Unfortunately, was served by a fresh/young sales person without experience (can't even describe clearly the difference between FULL SPEC and other specs). However, this wasn't enough, the worse thing is a DISHONEST senior sales person came after and changed the price list given by the young sales person and claimed that pricelist isn't the latest version. I took over the pricelist and noticed that the price is slight higher but the pricelist is dated JULY'21 but original pricelist is dated NOV'21.
NOTE FOR ALL: end year car will have cheaper price
Worst service experience. I had to wait 1 hour before the car was even taken. I understand it was busy, then I waited 2 hours for service. And when I got it back, no cleaning done. Was dirtier than when I gave it. And make me pay ProCare for what? ! Will avoid coming here and find a new place.
Worst sales person I've ever met. Wanted to test drive the new saga and x70, but the chinese mid age sales guy discriminate me driving a saga, ask me test drive saga enough hinting I can't afford x70, pretend busy when I've signed the necessary paperwork for test drive, left me hanging until I asked what are we waiting for. Then we went for a shortest test driver ever, less than 1km then ask me to turn back lol. Why discriminate your own product when you're also selling the same car? Showroom's x70 trunk is locked then ask you see from the back seat. I'm not even angry lol funny that such services exist.
Staff are friendly, however i already made an appointment to service my persona 2017 but when i came they said the stock for persona car (spark plug, gasket, air filter, etc.) not available also there is no fully synthetic engine oil in their stock. Proton should inform earlier or should restock their spare part ontime so customer no need to waste their time go to this Proton branch.
Was here today 5th Dec 2020 for my front passanger seat replacement under warranty, it has been giving me endless problems with the electronics part not being able to move forward and backwards, anyhow its all been replaced and completed today thanks to Mr. Tan the service Manager here, he has done a fantastic job in handling my case, very professional and reliable, always updating me on my seat status, im very pleased and satisfied with his service carried out, well done Mr. Tan and keep up the good work, thanks to Proton Sg. Pencala Service Centre too for solving my issue! Awesome job guys keep it up
Shuttle bus' driver refused to fetch customer, even when he was in office and free to do so.
I went to service my car a month before they forgot to change a new battery which has cause me to unable to start my car.
This is my first 1k km x70 service at this service center. Not spending time too long for the service. My vehicle come out clean and satisfied to me.
The officer name Mhmd Feizul (chubby friendly guy) if I'm right. His attitude is polite and patience. Office is clean and with some snack & drinks for the customer (I think). I love this service center. The only thing I'd concern is the public restroom. I think need to be updated.
SA provides update status of my car. Proton also provide shuttle car to go to OU & The Curve.
