Useless place to buy proton. Salesmandint know their products. Booked an exora ans waited almostb2 months for the salesman to give me a colour I don't want. Manage to change the colour but when delivering the car, salesman knew nothing about the car

Kereta Persona Premium baru pakai 4 bulan, ada masalah dashboard bunyi, tingkap tak dapat naik, gearbox problem, dah sebulan kereta tak dapat guna, duit bayar tiap² bulan, bnyk urusan di luar, hujan tak dapat keluar rumah untuk buat kerja, Proton HQ tolong usahakan perkara ni, take action secepat mungkin untuk hantar barang sparepart yg telah order, selama sebulan saya nk bergerak pun susah

Super rude staffs. Don't respect customer. In one of the branches, the service attitude is really bad, forcing customers to buy, and cold talk and bad talk. I hope your company will seriously improve all these problems

Went to the showroom and it the seller was very attentive.the condition of the place it so so. But i manage to go for a test drive without any hassle. Service wise is 5 star for buying a car.

Wanted to get a persona, the sales person seems to be busy gossiping themself other than checking out for customers. Mungkin semua dah kaya kot. So i just went toyota and booked a Vios instead.

I'm unhappy with the fact that Proton stop production of spare parts of proton cars once production of a model has stop being produce example I have a 2005 proton saga I can't get original parts I have to get Taiwan made parts that brake down very fast flimsy. If you look at other brands when they stop production of a car model they still keep producing original spare parts. Can proton pls produce original spare parts for older models. I don't think I will buy a proton car because unable to get original spare parts once a car model production stops.

Sales advisor is not attentive, sales centre is like a ghost town, the parking for customer to the sales centre is far. I will not come here to purchase car or view or test drive.wont recommend it
