Called the helpline was placed on hold for the forever and queue number 2 on the line. Sadly there was no resolution as yet from Proton upon sharing the cars challenges.

Bad services by the service center.i had to come to the service center twice in a day.im very disappointed with this ill treatment, dont bother buying one because you will ended up be in trouble with the after sales, im letting go mine be it the x series, or the local ones, the technicians are incompetent, well at least in my case they were.

In Ipoh, the second round of marking occurred in February. The car suddenly slowed down to 0 on the highway. When I entered the factory, it was said that there was no problem. I asked them to check it one more time and they said there was no problem. In July, the same problem occurred. When I entered the factory, there was no problem. After the same problem occurred for several days, it was said that the gear box needed to be replaced, but the warranty expired just a few days later. I wrote a letter to the headquarters and returned it directly, but the headquarters simply ignored it. I thought the ones in Ipoh were rubbish enough, but it turned out that the ones in KL were even rubbish. After asking around, I found out that the same thing had happened to many people. Proton's way of doing things is to see that you are about to pass your warranty, so they will deliberately delay your warranty expiration before helping you repair it.

Well.calling customer service is useless.busy.put on hold.

Got my new car on 26/5.saga standard.
Less than 2 weeks.all of the warning lights appears. About 6 times alread.go checking and service.not resolved the issue.

My Persona had a few unresolved issues due to my go-to service centre was closed down permanently (fire broke out). I had then reached out to Proton HQ & was attended by Encik Samsudin. During our first meeting, he checked on the issues immediately. He drove me & my husband around to replicate the issues with the Persona. We had then requested for the appointment to be set once the GE voting is done as we need to use the car to go back to our hometown. We met him somewhere in early November

He assisted us to get an appointment in early December. They managed to rectify the issues after 3 days. Upon collecting our car, Encik Samsudin explained to us in detail on why does the issue occur & how they resolve it. He even went an extra mile by offering us to book for the regular car service appointment at the nearby service centre.

Overall, we are really satisifed with the service. Kudos to Proton HQ team, especially to Encik Samsudin.

Sepatutnya takde bintang pon nk bg, kereta da hantar ke SC bln 9 2022, tp bln 11.2022 kereta x siap2 lg. 3 mnggu kol Proton HQ ty progress tp sibuk amik report je, masalah lgsung x selesai, ape function proton HQ ni yer? ! Kol pon ssh nk angkat.mmg byr kete 2 bln utk duk kat dlm SC je ke? Smpai bile nk bg alasan brg xde stock? ! Please la setelkn masalah customer.sy nk guna kereta sy la.da la sy ni xde 2nd car! Teruk betol servis! Mmg nyesal beli proton!

The rumours are true; Proton services just sux.
They can't locate the spare part just inside their warehouse for month and unable to send out spare part to customer. Moreover, the management doesn't care. No SOP or what so ever to monitor incompetitive branches and employees.

Due to poor inspection of proton staff never found out my gear box got problem. I bring my car ten times for inspection due to few error code.after warranty my car gearbox faulty full service did a proton center.and I spend 7k for new gear box sagavvt 2017 CVT model

I have bad experience with proton. Before sst announce, i have lock full spec persona price before sst, which mean the otr that time 55k. I pay my booking fees rm100, but then the sealer said the car need to wait almost 6 month due to production slow. I wait 8 months for the car and have signed agreement with bank with interest 2.55%. But then car still not get. After sst announced, and now sealer contact me saying my car get end of August. The bad things is the car price increase from 55k to 60k which is a lot of increasing. I just want to ask what point of lock car price before sst and i do pay for booking deposit to lock car price before sst. And this is what i get? Car price increase. I am so disappointed with proton.

Pengalaman pertama beli kereta persona Elagance moel 2012 auto, parking open time lepas hujan air penuh dlm cabin.eon sg besi svc oil gearbox auto tak tukar, dlm slip ada tukar, sebenar nya aku kena tipu, pergi buat kat luar bengkel confirm tak tukar oil gearbox auto hitam! Serik dah antar svc kat proton!

I would give a rating 0 if possible. I booked proton Iriz executive on 14th April 2022 at Proton jalan Kampar, Ipoh. I was promised that I would get the car in 2 months times and until today, i still haven’t get anything. The salesman tells ‘next week la’ every single week with no guarantee. He even sounded annoyed when we ask about it. Give us a solid date or if don’t know, tell us you don’t know. Don’t make us as customer call you every week wondering about the status. Where’s your work etiquette. On top of that, the salesman, is pushing us to take Active if we want the car faster. First of all, it’s already been 4 months since we booked, now he just wants us to take whatever car if we want a car.

I bought the X50 just 4 months and it broke down on the road, and then replied me need to wait for the spare parts.it has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting, and does not provide me spare car, very bad experience, I will never buy proton products again in my lifetime, and not recommend to my friends.

How to give 0 star? If can i wanna give negative star. Been waiting for nearly 3 months for the 360 camera! Called many times many days only pick up the call, then forever never received follow up from you. Pls pls everyone don't buy proton no matter how good quality the car is. Car is good but extremely poor after sales service.

Hi proton, i want to make complaint to your puncak marak branch where my car x70 go into your service center for 5months and almost 6months. Till now still told me same story again and again no chipset of 360 camera.you need me to let me wait for how long.

As customer we very upset because everytime we call to puncak marak keep told no chipset how to wait have to wait. And at once puncak marak staff ask us to make settlements of Rm5k+ and get car back for drive first, got chipset we will inform.

For this we totally cannot accept because you are not get my car done and ask me pay full and keep waiting

When we call to proton hq to ask why till now no chipset, they said already email to puncak marak branch 3 times and no response. Puncak marak staff said no email receive for chipset request. As customer we do not want to know what happen with your internal and i just want my car done

Please look into my complaint and i want it done soonest possible, 6 months, not 6days. What you will feel if you are me

For those who want to buy saga 2022 have to reconsider as the car plate is only use double tape to tape up. Malaysia sun is hot like heal but proton can come out this idea to only stick, I don't know what their thinking.so disappointed.beside got spare part for new car but no spare part for repair car.really scare to buy proton for the next car.no more proton pls.

Useless local car so much problem in 2017 model saga.major part abs pump few sensor faulty exactly giving problem after 3years 1month milage 94k.complain no action taken
