This is by far the most efficient peugeot service center. The staff are competent and very good frontline Ms anis. My first time went here and already satisfy with their work. Keep it up

Very, very bad experience today. Sent my car for normal service but they damaged my car. Going to cost me more than RM1k of own money to repair. Will stop going to this service centre and will be lodging a complaint with their HQ. What a disappointment!

Tip top service. Service extra mile, technicial friendly, mereka sendiri dtg jumpa client bg tau condition kereta and apa yg meraka dh service. Also x perlu cakap atau ingatkan mereka (service advisor) semua berjalan lancar. Blh dtg walk in aje, tapi weekdays la. Hehe.waiting time pon okay. They really know how to service client. Their communication was excellent.

Good job to the team, i'm very satisfied with their services so far, which i still continue to visit their services after my car's 7 years warranty expired. What a terrible, dishonest service Centre. I took my car for a major service about a month ago - and also asked them to check a few additional items that were bothering me (small oil leak, car “misfiring” when the engine is warm, windscreen nozzle replacement, etc.). They really don’t seem able to problem solve and identify what the actual problem is - just want to do everything that could possibly be causing the leak - for a massive cost (for the small oil leak: open engine sump, replace oil filter, replace heads, replace distributor cover, etc.). And replace the windscreen sprayer nozzle, pipes, clips, etc.to fix the sprayer - again at an exorbitant cost - again not diagnosing the actual reason for the windscreen nozzle not working, but saying everything possibly linked the the sprayer must be replaced to fix it. As they really couldn’t tell me what the cause of the oil leak or windscreen nozzle problem was, I gave the go ahead for the service only, but declined the repair work for the oil leak and windscreen nozzle, telling them I would take my car elsewhere to have these items fixed as I wasn’t happy with their shotgun approach (and my sense that they were dishonest by purposefully adding more items to the quoted than necessary to get extra revenue). They didn’t have any ideas at all as to what could help with the misfiring - and didn’t seem to even try to address this even with me prompting a number of times. I left it and hoped that the service (and spark plug replacement itemized in the quote at a massive cost of RM 400 for the spark plugs and labour to replace them) would solve this issue. Unfortunately, while driving home from the workshop after the service the car was still misfiring and the (small) oil leak seemed to be worse after the service). Imagine my surprise when I took my car into a local mechanic recommended by a friend in Sri Hartamas last week to see if they could help me fix the oil leak and misfiring (and windscreen wiper nozzle) they told me I had to replace all the spark plugs as part of their quote to fix the oil leak. I explained they had been replaced less than a month ago during my major car service at Peugeot Kajang - and they showed me the old spark plugs they removed from my car (see photos) - they are clearly very old spark plugs that were definitely not replaced during my recent service - even though this element was itemized in the quote and they assured me they did the full service on my car which I paid for! Oh, and the new mechanic in Sri Hartamas said they have already fixed the wiper nozzle issue - no need to pay anything for this as they just unblocked it! I got hold of Peugeot Kajang on Friday evening expressing my anger that they had defrauded me - even with me telling them I would take my car elsewhere for the necessary repairs, so they should really have realized they would be caught out - and I got a pathetic reply of “this has been escalated and will be investigated on Monday”. Just not good enough. I actually don’t believe they did any part of the service I paid for - they gave me none of my replaced parts. They are clearly unethical and very dishonest. Please do not support them in any way as it cannot only be me they are defrauding!

Nice looking cars/SUVs with some good specs, but good luck "after" your Peugeot purchase.and when it comes time to sell it second hand, know that you will hardly get anything back. Personally would never buy a car under this Malaysian group, and would advise all my friends and relatives to do the same. The truth is out there, in forums and among previous owners.

Be careful of the slimy sleazy salesmen and con-artists that work here, and in most car showrooms under this group.

I have got excellent service here. My car started turning all the warning lamps on. Went to peugeot shah alam two times, they said dont have spare part.actually they could not figure out what may caused the problem. After nearly two months waiting for spare part.only to figure out that they couldnt solve it, i tried to get second opinion from peugeot kajang. They managed to solve it in one day. Waiting for spare part in two weeks time, and solved! Thanks to all the technical staff. They are really experienced people.

I hv been going to this service centre ever since I found it nearer to me. So far i am very happy and the attitude of the people working there are all ok. What we expect from service center is that they must be well informed of what to do with your car, in times of minor or major service and replacement of parts. I am relying on the professionals to give advice too.

Sasi, Hugo & Sam can still be reasonable & listen to your lion, not the best so far, task might take too long during peak season, but gets the job done. Do hope they join the PCM's SC Buddy Programme.
