-28 Disember 2023 (8.45 am) datang temujanji untuk windscreen fogging problem. Alhamdulillah technician bertugas En. Rahim telah berjaya menyelesaikan masalah fogging dalam masa yang singkat selepas service dilakukan. Terima kasih juga kakitangan lain especially Pn Farah dan Cik Radziah yang banyak membantu dan memberi layanan yang mesra. Recomended

The staff here is friendly. They explain everything in details. Superb car service. Maybe my car has not been serviced for a while, but I could really feel the difference after servicing here. Customer service is also excellent.

1. Purchased a car from Hasmawati and everything from booking to collection went hassle-free.
2. Car maintenance & service is great. Service reception by both Sasi and Farhana are courteous and helpful. They explained professionally so that I was well informed on the works to be done.
3. Tried to schedule service appointment via the Peugeot Portal but ran into a bit of a confusion so I called the office and Farhana was again helpful and made the process smooth.

Rare. It's hard to find Peugeot showroom in Kajang compared to other brand. This one located beside the main road but not the usual road. It host many models but not 5008 which I'm looking for. Anyway, looking at the 3008, I just can imagine how the 5008 looks like. Eager to test drive it with no avail.

Very courteous staff and very spacious and comfortable waiting area. Free coffee, bottled water and mint candy are available. One of the staff even offered me breakfast.

Service was quick (I made an appointment before coming in).

Fast service and efficient. Technician rahim is very superb, explain to me in a very simplified way and throubleshooting took less than 30 minutes.

Doing first free service. A slight hiccup at the beginning (lack of oil filter) but was resolved by SC. Then, smooth sailing until completion 2 hrs later.

The Technical Service Advisor namely Miss Hanis is highly professional and knows the major issue of my car that require immediate attention by the respective technician.
She has come out with the breakdown of the cost and advise me accordingly to prioritize the repair work with respect to my budget.
Overall experience with Peugeot Kajang service centre is highly satisfactory especially when dealing with Miss Hanis.
