29What the hell is going on calling from morning 8.30am to 3pm no one is answering call.the most important and key point should have answer the call first of all.
I called all the no i can get for the service center but no one ever pickup. I call for 3 days straight. Next time dont open service center at all.
Appoinment for routine car service is fully booked until MARCH! Wat the heck! Is new car warranty still valid if overdue for service due to no service available from service center? Manpower here not tally with the demands. Not convenient to travel more far for a routine service.
Servis ok tapi tak pernah boleh siap cepat walaupun kita dah booking, datang awal pagi dan pelanggan pertama hari tersebut. Paling awal siap 230petang xkira servis biasa atau major.
Yes, We know the staffs always busy but please ensure the someone pick up phone. Your customer is important.
People working there need to be more cheer up! Waiting room not so pleasant, need to call many times for people to answer the call, service slow.
Please upgrade your quality. Nama sahaja kereta high end, tapi bila masa nak buat service, teruk mengalah kan jenama Produa. Such as p*ssy
I used to go over to Puchong until they shut that down for an upgrade and was redirect to Balakong Service Center. The part that I hate is its location. Middle of no where! But the guys out there are very nice and deliver it on time with quality of work. If not the distance, I prefer there for all my services.
Please improve your customer service! B*lls**t i call more than 20 times but just operator give the same answer. Where your quality service for online customer? My customer car is breakdown in highway
