Very bad service and workshop.
Not recommend to buy peugeot in Malaysia.
Problem with management and service center.
Oct2021 my issue on turbo parts not yet settled.
Even warranty not yet claim, call end of mac2022 record missing.
Forget about Peugeot. Malaysia

Service center Perodua lagi best. Kena improve service. Tiada confirmation appointment. Tiada follow up. Waiting room membosankan.

I had to send my car there as my normal SC was closed. I have to say I was disappointed with the service there. They just let you hang there with no info on how to proceed for the car issue I had. Had to push them before anything was done. In the end took 2 months, plus 2 weeks of my car staying thete to settle parts issue. Overall, a bad experience.

Efficient service centre. Great team who are obviously well trained and passionate. Keep up the wonderful standard.

I used to service my 208 GTI in chan soo Lin, and I suspected that they replaced a second hand part with my original!

The front office is friendly and the place is big. A 5 star for me if it comes with some hot drinks while waiting for the service

The best Service Advisors to date by far. Been to the one in PJ as well as Glenmarie, but is no where close from the service level provided.

Did a recall replacement for Aircond Compressor and Condenser here. The SC was taken over by Sing Kwung Premium early this year. Very courteous service offered by the Technical Advisors.

Good Service Advisor, able to explain to me what happened to my Pug. Although I'll have to leave my Pug there for 3 days, their SA (Jo Ee) updates me on daily basis on my Pug's status.

Even with Peugeot's current downtime, I'm still able to claim my warranty parts. I have been to 3 Service Center, and all other Service Center unable to replace my part without paying.

Please be careful if you send your car here for Recall parts. They seem friendly and looks like want to help you but will spoil the other parts of your car and ask you to pay for it. Worst manager and management, don’t even bother to solve the issues once reported. Don’t think you can get away cheating customers.

Avoid sending your car here for Service or Recall, their technician is inexperienced and won’t accept their mistake. My car got scratches and nothing was done. No CCTV camera in some places and they refuse to accept the blame! Please improve your bloody service and management.

This is my first time went to this service center Peugeot Balakong (Sing Kwung Premium), sa Eric is very professional and kudos to the team for excellent service. Better than previous sc I went in PJ. Waiting area also so clean and tidy, for Muslim they provide surau as well. Good job

Useless service centre, send my car for Recall and they quoted me bill amounting to thousands. After done the recall, the aircond not cold and send the next day, give me another additional bill. Ripping of customer. Bad management from Swing Kwung Premiums! I FEEL CHEATED!

service has improved A LOT compared to last time (Nasim) * not picking up call and slow.
