Each time when their for service my car need to spend time more then 90min and above! Even you made a booking Staff is nice when you book for service but the staff their very rude and action when you need to do some claim/warranty! They will ask you go nearest perodua to do claim/warranty! Super Poor service by the staff!

Tempat service sangat luas, staff yang layan di kaunter register kereta tu sangat professional cuma staff kat kaunter pembayaran kurang professional dalam customer service, orang cakap terima kasih buat tak dengar je.

Tinggalkan kereta je, lepas dah siap baru ambil.
Dalam 2 jam siap, cuma kalau kat tempat lain sebelum kita ambil kereta dia akan explain and tunjukkan apa yang dah tukar, tapi kat sini tak pun.ambil kunci, bayar pastu dah.

The best service centre i go so far. Not because of their's amenities, but because of the staff service itself very helpful.

They overcharged for the side mirror cover. At first they charged me rm100 then after some arguments, they gave me rm80. I have tried asked other shop (body&paint perodua puchong) the price is around rm50.

Not being punctual. I have to wait for the staff to finish their lunch time. (Counter supposed to be open at 13.30) I have to wait for another 25 min. Again today.i came at 2 pm (knowing they are late) but the staff in charge is still not available.

Overall terrible service and i will not come again.

They will change your car original parts and replace with fake ones.even those parts that is not damage when ur car accident.steal your spare parts n replace it with fake ones.claim insurance kao kao n didnt replace it to ur car.really untung kao kao.

Was hit by car at back. Collected car today. Back door opened well. Paint job fantastic. The senior guy who assist the collection - superb PR. Very happy.

They clearly want to rob your wallet (or drain the insurance money, whichever applies). Be sure to check with other competent workshop before send your car here.

Very good services. Pleasant staffs. Ample space for customers. Free breakfast for early comers. Refreshment provided.

Rude customer service! I went there to get my documents for claim purpose. When entered, we dont know who to approach, or nobody attend, customer have to roam around without knowing to who should talk about their problem. So no proper arrangement for front desk.
Next when we ask somethings to their staffs, the way they respond is very rude!

The manager or higher executive seriously must have to take action against on this matter!

My friend’s car got many minor damages in her car. Plus she suspected that someone used her car because she sent the car there with full tank of petrol yet when she took the car back the petrol was only 1/4 full.

Set appointment 830am.come at 845am.and now at 10am my car still nobody attend.worst.make customer waiting to long.take to many appointment but cant handle it.making people angry.

Tiap kali call, semua customer service yg angkat semua biadap nak taknak je layan.boleh pla masa diorg angkat call, jawab mcm ni " haa cakap". Ada sorg mcm slang cina tu je okay.

Disappointing with the service, i need to come again and again. Claim with my insurance more than 4k but the service really bad. Not recommended here. Seriously!

Car was brought in at 0900h as part of QC campaign. Work done at 1130h with additional QC campaign done. Service adviser explained in detail on what was performed to my car.

Facility wise, ample parking space with easy access.

Overhaul enjin kancil usia 17 tahun. Layan mesra staf perodua. Cadangan baikpulih dan servis ikut budget. Yang penting alat ganti tulen. Ada sesetengah komponen memang mahal betul. Tapi saya faham. Ini semua kualiti, ketahanan dan menjimatkan duit poket jangka masa panjang.

Clean and comfortable waiting area upstairs. Better make a reservation for car service instead of walk in.

Very professional service center and service advisor. Always show you the bill to review before any work done. The waiting area have full view to the workshop, nothing to hide.
