Made the right decision going to this place, the back of my Alza was hit by a car during the night, and sent it to this place, by the time they gave the slot for the repair, had only to wait for 3 days before the Alza completely repaired as good as new. Happy with their service and repairing my Alza.

Kedai rembat barang original kereta and ganti dgn barang lopek walaupun tak rosak langsung. Amboi sedap pergi rembat radiator, frame dgn lain2. Kau tunggu aku buat report polis dgn surat saman.

Sent in Myvi due for accident claim. Took about 6 weeks to complete the repair. In between this period, encountered a few times, the phone kept engaging for a long time, could not call in and only one number provided. Managed to speak to Fazlin, she was very friendly to explain the claim progress status to me, from waiting adjuster to inspect the car, the arrival of spare parts from Rawang and expected time frame to complete the car. She also explained what parts have changed to new and what parts just only repaired.

Since the car is still under warranty, have to go back to Perodua for the claim. Total repair cost is 4k+. The repair time could be faster if it was done outside but maybe of the SOP in perodua, that's why it took 6 weeks to complete the repair. It's good also as Perodua gives 3 months of warranty and can have a peace of mind for the genuine parts.

4 stars because of the time taken to repair and the experience that line was engaging too long a few times. Perhaps can provide alternate phone numbers to contact.

Quotation: 20 ogos 2022 (bayar 1/2 harga barang utk order barang. Dapat resit bayaran order barang 2 minggu selepas tu, selepas 2 3 kali call mintak resit)
Hantar kereta: 20 september 2022 (barang dah sampai katanya. Dijangka, maksimum 2 minggu utk repair.)

Kena booking awal. Kalau walkin lambat. Dan tempat menunggu yang selesa. Cuma tiada gerai makanan. Kena seberangi jalan untuk ke gerai makan Dan bank

One of the worst customer service. Call 100 times also not sure they will answer. The front desk will never take extra initiative to go behind to the workshop and check what the status. Blindly update from whats is the status. Definetly not going here anymore.

Sent car in for repair after minor accident. Been patiently waiting for 4 months and counting, workers still unable to provide a rough timeline / ETC of when the repair works can be done. I honestly do not know how they can operate till this day. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Super rude and very slow customer service. They promised me to get me updates on my car but I have to call them everyday since they don’t know how to pick up calls. My car has been on repair for two months and still not done yet. I recommend for you guys to send to other Perouda branches.

Ni memang jadi yang pertama dan terakhir saya hantar kereta disini. Sy claim insurance sebab accident, sepatutnya lips kereta ditukar, tapi tak tukar. Just gosok2 kesan calar then spray semula. Kad touch n go dalam smart tag pun kena curi. Silap juga masa ambil kereta tak terpikir nk cek brg sampai kesitu, tahu2 depan tol tiada smart tag. Servis teruk! Staff panjang tangan!

Teruk sangat call tak angkat. Padahal berdering. Nanti call line busy balik. In between boleh call pastu tak angkat jugak. Bila call balik line busy. Seriousla?

Probably it would be the first & last time, I will be sending my car at here. They simply add & cas item yang tak perlu pun. FYI, my car still new (3 tahun) how come overall harga for service boleh smpai almost rm500. Boleh je kalau tak nak buat itu ini tapi cara explain mcm wajib tukar. Before this I sent my car to other perodua services center, selalu bayar rm180-rm200 je.

Car got into an accident. Came to repair under insurance. Car was repaired later than expected. No problem because it's due to lockdown. But they did not keep the battery alive was left near dead almost got stranded. When I request to just buy a new battery from them they said they don't sell. They are the freaking service center they don't have the battery for sale? Car key button is broken while before was in working condition. Fix was not thorough some sensors are malfunctioning. Car has more cosmetic damage in areas that were not damaged in the accident. Overall such a bad experience. They are doing the bare minimum and does not care about customer experience.

Engine oil new packaging 20/5/21.suka beli minyak hitam perodua ni dekat center sebab betul2 original.beli dekat kedai sparepart luar pkai dlm 2 3 bulan pun dh rasa xsedap engine kereta.beza pun xde laa mahal sangat dlm 20 30inggit je tapi kualiti terjamin.bagus perodua 2 3thn sekali tukar botol elak terlalu byk clone product dpasaran.

Friendly staff (thanks for the free drink), a few sofas about for waiting and mechanics who know what they're doing. Say hello to Uncle Gan for me.

The only bad thing was that they didn't accept credit cards when I was there (something about the system being down). Fortunately, there’s a bank atm and restaurants within walking distance.

The best service centre i go so far. Not because of their's amenities, but because of the staff service itself very helpful.
