Saya boleh cakap pengalaman servis disini memang baik. Layanan staff memang sangat baik, dan tingkah laku seperti receiptionist di hotel. Tempat menunggu yang selesa. Waktu untuk servis kereta biasanya staff dah info. Tiada shuttle service sewaktu musim c19 ni. Harga standard lah.

Servis terbaik. Staff sangat membantu urusan pelanggan. Penerangan jelas dan mudah untuk difahami. Ruang menunggu selesa.

Just sharing my experience on this center.
Staff friendliness and arrangement of booking 100% follow service center SOP.must book 3-4 days in advance.

The only I feel uncomfortable is additional optional charges. It is always different from what u expected on the official Perodua website. So as the price is different. The reason is this center is so called DEALER. Or third parties service center.

I'm first time sending my car at perodua service here. During MCO they only just open on Monday and Saturday until 4.30pm. I just walk in without booking so that have to wait more than 4 hours. I'm waiting at outside because they never allowed you waiting inside when you come with your friends or partner. Of course it's hot waiting outside with our weather conditions. It's better put one fan etc. Seen all customers follow the SOP's.

Perkhidmatan kaunter lembap. Lemah gemalai. Staff masih keliru dgn SOP Covid-19. Wpun telah rekod kehadiran secara tulis, app sejahtera juga diwajibkan sebelum dibenarkan masuk.

So far 2x go for car service here.better before going, call them 1 day earlier to book ur appointment, walk in also can. But its takes longer, even already have appointment must wait at least 1.5 hours. So if walk in maybe more than 2 hours.
Service okey lah.staff there certain very friendly and certain don't have customer service experience and must train how to serve people at counter.
Price? Pls know the basic knowledge at least for basic service cost around 150-200.
Amenities need to improve lot, drink or snack for breakfast or kuih i think good option for malaysian people. Not to demanding like BMW service centre but perodua has lot of customer around malaysia.

Overall the best service but please consider extra nasi lemak for clients who made appointment before noon.

No one ever picks up the phone! How is one supposed to make an appointment if you can't even reach a single soul despite numerous calls on different days?

Beware Perodua Owners, especially ladies. Know what needs to be done on your service intervals at 10,000km, 20,000km, 40,000km etc.

Had a debate with Sales Advisor who confidently claim that 20,000km service is a major service (ATF gearbox oil needs to he replaced). I challenged him to show a documentation states that ATF needs replacement at 20k mileage. He just keep on saying that thats how they operate there i.e. 20k service - change ATF oil.
I even open up Perodua website and showed him the service interval guidelines clearly states 20k is normal service (no ATF) and ATF replacement is every 40,000km. He still backed his claim saying the website is outdated! What the? I showed him the title ‘The New MYVi’. He still persist ‘Tu lama dah bang’

I kept myself cool and humbly asked him if I don’t want the ATF, will it void warranty? And he says ‘no, up to you’.

I don’t mind if they want to up sell, but blatantly cheating customers is totally UNETHICAL. This guy just got unlucky because I’m a car enthusiast. Wonder how many customers before me got cheated.

My first service is was here and it's completed within 2hrs. The service advisor was very kindness and gentleness. They always and show their concerns on you. Strongly recommend to other car users.

Bring a book to read or a laptop to get some work done while waiting for your car service. The service centre has very comfortable environment with some snacks served too. The service advisors are friendly too.
