Need improve the customer service, waiting area must be good condition and grooming for man staff

Sangat professional. Booking friendly. Mudah berurusan. Kerja teliti. Report details part yang ditukar dan dibaiki. Pertama kali rasa berbaloi bayar servis kereta.

Service slow. Especially order parts, took so long about 10days to arrived. Pickup parts also waiting so long.

Professionally managed service centre. Good booking system, friendly staff and attentive to detail i.e. Provide update before and after service.

Saya amat berpuas hati dengan service yg dilakukan ke atas kereta saya.

Have been serviced my car here since the first time. Customer service reps are always helpful and answered my questions. The service time is always faster than expected and the price is reasonable.

The Service Advisor at this Perodua Subang Perdana Syed Mohamad Syafiq done a very good job. He is an asset at this service centre. This is not the first time experience for me, every time I send my car for service there and if I got him as service advisor he gave more than I expected. He explains and gives suggestions. I also get lots of information regarding car services from him. Thanks Shafiq. Keep up the good work!

Pusat servis yang mempunyai ruang menunggu di aras bawah dan aras 1 serta surau dan tandas di aras 2.

Nasib tak baik dapat staff perempuan badan besar yg a bit rude, sebab waiting area depan kaunter je, boleh dengar dia jawap customer lain punya call dengan jawapan yg kurang ajar. Harap lain kali dapat staff lain bukan dia

Call dah book appointment tapi bila sampai nama tak ada, hantar kereta pagi khamis, esok jumaat baru service. Kereta dua hari dekat sini. Tak apa, sebab tak rush any. Cuma yang disappointed they did not thoroughly check my car. Cakap kereta will be okay je sementara nak tukar parts, few days later kereta ada problem. Bagi yang nak service dekat sini, not recommended until they improve.

Have been servicing my perodua car here for the past 10 years. Quick response from the staff. However, until I had bad experience of service last couple of years. I had an experience where they forgot to tighten tyre bolts properly. Engine oil leaks after servicing. Means no qc check whatever. Prolly my car was old and abit wrecked and less care was taken than the newer car. Thank you for kind services until now.

Teruk sangat. Semalam hantar service then pagi nie kereta tiba2 mati dekat jalan.bila pergi semula staff cakap silap pasang belting. End up putus hari nie. Nasib belum balik kampung belum ats highway. Diorg punya reason sebab customer ramai semalam. Mcm tu jea alasan. Dan rupanya ramai lg customer yg dtg complaint sebab kereta problem lepas service. X akan dtg lg tempat nie lepas nie.

Tempat menunggu yg sgt selesa.tidak memaksa customer utk ambil semua yg diberi utk service.dan senang nak cari tempatnya

Worst waiting area ever. They never repair the aircond for months (maybe it’s been a year) and no fan provided to the customer waiting area at the ground floor. So of course the ventilation is very poor. You have to wait for hours in an enclosed space. Not worth your money cuz we pay expensively for products and services. Very not recommended for the old person and please go make an appointment with the other service centre rather than here.

Walk in for my 1st service here, helpfull staff, they called and inform before proceed to do servicing.keep up the good work
