Perodua Service Serdang Raya(Suasa Suria Auto Sdn Bhd)

Had an unpleasant experience at this particular service centre when I went there recently to service my car. It's a dodgy place!

1. One of the counter guy name Saiful was rude and unpleasant to customers. He certainly can be more polite and welcoming.

2. I wanted to change something for my car so I asked about a product. They quoted me 2 prices stating that it'll be cheaper if I buy it from the mechanic then to buy it from perodua.

3. I asked them to check my engine due to a problem, over the phone they said ok but when I reach there they said their computer spoiled so can't check.

4. I mentioned dodgy earlier. I usually stand nearby my car during service and watch what the mechanic is doing or changing. IT'S MY CAR! The mechanic here asked me to leave stating that the manager doesn't allow people to stand and watch.

The worst part is, after service they don't give or show the changed items including the balance engine oil. Terrible experience with perodua. Will never return to this place ever again.

This place is useless, they don't even have the perodua after service feedback coins.

Staff buat keja x kemas akhirnya minyak enjin leaking smpai kering kontang. Nak jumpa bos kau, lari sana sini, pegi makan la, meeting la, takde kt ofis la.mengelat mcm anjing.

I booked appointment with them, but when I arrived they said oil engine for my car is not available and they can’t proceed with the service.they should told me earlier so that I don’t waste my time coming and I could book appointment at other service center earlier. I took leave purposely for that.end up it gone to waste. I called other service center today and all of them are fully booked.really not coming to this place ever again!

Perodua authorized service center including body repairs. Great experience. Received good service

Excellent service! Correctly identified the noise coming from my front under bonnet and fixed it while non-perodua workshop wrongly identified the problem and quoted me a 'bomb' to fix it!

Terribly dishonest, hand washing service centre. Went for warranty claim, got told to go back to the centre where I did my first service. For the service itself, they’ve no problem doing it though. Don’t follow Perodua’s SOP as well. Included ATF oil change at 20K. Never again this place.

Offers great car services and also tyre balancing; it would be better if this service centre offers aircond maintenance

Lousy customer service, poor service. If you value your money and time avoid this place at all cost.

I nvr revisit this shop again, they so rajin to call me to service my car, when I need to do checking for car, they always said no time slot.

Recommended but not the first workshop u should go in case of emergency
Paintjob and windscreen replacement Ok but electrical not so good.
Slow in insurance claim - need to follow up by urself
