Perodua Service Serdang Raya(Suasa Suria Auto Sdn Bhd)

Tempat biasa² je tp customer lounge ada sarapan pagi dan air panas 3 in 1, kereta aku ada masalah jd menunggu lama, 4 jam, mekanik cuba sedaya upaya utk setel kan, Alhamdulillah ok setakat ni, cuma sofa agak dh buruk, tk selesa. Owner, please la tukar sofa yg ergonomic sikit.

Paling teruk service, kereta aku dekat 2 bulan tak siap2 hanat. Nak call chat semua susah. Staff paling bangang nama Mila. Mmg haram jadah buat kerja. Don’t send your car here if accident. Bukan accident ngan org pon. Brapa bulan ntah nak siap.

Agak mengecewakan sbb apa brg/servis yg kita tidak syor/taknak dia org letak/listkan/senaraikan cmtu jer tanpa bg penerangan, bila nak byr, baru prasan ada part2 yg tadak dlm senarai yg kita tanak, dia org masukkan.

The service was good. I went during Raya season & there was an Open House so I get to eat lots of delicious food

Satisfied with all the service they provide. The staff are friendly. But no alignment and aircond servicing here. Thats all.

Sangat lambat, ada appointment pon kena tunggu berjam jam, staff counter seorang ja, staff service 2orang saja. Kalau rushing x cadang buat appointment dekat sini.

Just had my parent's car serviced here and was served by a staff by the name Radzi. He is very helpful with the explaination and friendly to my elderly father by patiently answering his questions about the car functionalities. Thank you so much and keep up the good work ️

10 am appointment for 10k car service but 2 hour still in the queue haven’t start service the car yet

So far this service centre is so helpful. Staff being very responsive and explain the details needed.

Small but fast service. I just walkin without appointment, around 1.5 hours can come back to take back my car.

Kali ke dua servis dekat sini. Baca review macam teruk tapi alhamdulillah semua okay. Staff friendly, datang lewat sikit sebab salah jalan pun diorang okay tunggu

They checked all my requests and provide prompt feedback and recommendations, and also the advisor handling my account did sacrifice a bit of his time to wait for me to come and pick my car even it past a bit after their business hour thank you!

Dont send your car here.got a guy named Jack (Indian towing) will use your car until tires burnt out and accident.the best part is the bengkel let him do what he wanted.my myvi stuck here about 6 months and went to tribunal

My favorite place utk servis kereta, layanan sangat bagus, boleh tengok juga kat belakang apa yang ditukar, harga jujur beritahu dulu apa yang perlu, kalau setuju baru mereka buat. Harga pun okayy. The best!? Saya akan terus dtg sini lagi

Xde star pun…lamanya giler tunggu janji 2 minggu lah jnji bulan bintang tp bila dh hntr b, bulan pn ntah ke mana…jgn lah dtg bengkel nie cri lah yg servis bgus lg nie pn first & last dh mmg xkn recomend kat kwn2 lah mcm nie myesal…

Irresponsible workshop. I send my car for body repair due to accident. Then when my car was there it got towed by mpsj. The woekshop brought back my car frm the impound lot with my new rims, tyres, locknuts, smart tag n few other things stolen. When questioned they blamed MPSJ Stole the things. They failed to mention tht my car was towed. They said tht they didn't realize tht my things were stolen. Never called & apologised for the problem. Who should i blame the irresponsible workshop or MPSJ.

Good place to send in your Perodua vehicle of you are close by or around Seri Kembangan or Serdang. Appointment is required if you don't want to wait a long time for your turn. Service is done fast, and usually there are not many cars here.

Service is great, they get it done pretty quick, prices are not too expensive, but just the quality of work is not perfect.
Still recommendable! Good job!

Decided Repair nmy wife’s Viva car here because I repaired my car here before (10 years ago), still professionally repaired and progress was done via WhatsApp by Still the same person 10 years back:)

Very slow. 1 day work takes almost 1 month. Time call jer tengok and buat. Really need close monitoring.

My second time send my car here. The service damn slow. 2nd time lagi worst.on the delivery/handover date they didn’t answer my call. Because they didn’t complete the work. They didn’t update anything. Really cannot trust
