An okay place for car maintenance service. I had came here 2 times and i had good experience so far. Good job Alesmo kinrara!

Good service and the people there are friendly. I like the service outlet here as I can feel they have the integrity when serve customer to service the car. They will provide you sincere advice with sincere attitude and good intention which I can feel their sincerity. Think the price here is affordable too to service & maintain a car, in term of each items price and total service fee. I like to send my car to here for maintenance and servicing. I have also constantly send my car here.
My experience here was unsatisfactory from the aspect of customer service particularly the appointment making process and after service collection. The personnel was rather unfriendly and did not react positively to my questions about the servicing. You would imagine a rather mundane and quiet scenario which was a first from Perodua Service Centres. However, great job on the car servicing. Credits to the team behind the scene!
Reception guy was not friendly or helpfulat all. Luckily the center manager was way better. Overcharged on labor first round, only reverse back next service at same sc upon complaint with headquarters. Second service labor overcharge again which skip some items listed in perodua maintenance site.
Normally I came on weekdays to service my car, but last month I came on Saturday, the attitude and services of their staff on Saturday are totally different from my previous experiences. The breakfast is served and the staff is very politely, even open door for you which will not happen based on my previous experiences to this service centre.
I'm not sure how to describe this, it's weird for me, but I think this might be their improvement and keep it up! As we all know, the attitude of staff can determine the customer's loyalty.
Came on a Saturday morning. Not many people. Breakfast is provided. They'll try to upsell you on windshield washer fluid for rm7.20 but it's optional so you can always say no before signing the yellow job sheet. All done within 30 minutes.
I went for 1st inspection which was supposed to be free, but what happen was,
the staff key in some items without telling me what the item is and without me noticing it. Luckily I saw what the guy was doing so i ask him what it is but he just said its "the item needed to change" without explaning it to me first. But it was only rm7.20 so i guess its okey.
But please tell your customers next time about it and not just simply key in things without your customer's consent.
5 stars for their servicing time, -3 for their honesty.

The staff here didn't understand what I was explaining regarding the tyre and ended replacing it with the damage one. Plus, He didn't even manage to explain the real price of the service. 1st price was cheaper, n then when I was about to pay the total fee, he stated the price differently n way expensive than he first told me. Not going here again.
Spoil my car tint after the service, yet they deny it. This is not only about cost and time that I have to spend but the integrity in carry on a business. Perodua really disappointed me by having such a service center.
