I don’t know why? I make the booking at 8.30 but until now 8.44 they haven’t open. I still have another appointment to rush. What is the point I appointment at 8.30 and wake up early at 8?

Not satisfied with the service here. The Service Advisor and Technician lack of knowledge and give a wrong diagnosis. My car making sound and i send my car for checking here. The advisor told me that the problem and sound are from water pump and informed me that my car is still under warranty. (means i don’t need to pay for the parts) then after the parts arrived and i send my car again, the problem still occurs and problem is not solved. Then they asked to PAY for the parts that they have ordered for my car and wrongly diagnosed then told me that the car alternator is actually the problem and give me the price to change the alternator. I am so disappointed. What if i pay for the alternator and come out with wrong diagnosis again? I serviced my car here because it near from my house. Really not recommend this service center for everyone to send their car. Some of question about car also the SA unable to answer…

Been a customer here many years but this time their customer service is just absolutely terrible. Tried to schedule an appointment for a WEEK. Not a single time they will pick up their phone. Went there directly in person and was told to make an appointment through phone. Incredibly terrible. I’m never coming back here again. Highly recommended if you prefer having horrible customer service.

I always did my service here. But recently my car made weird sound just to find out my engine oil leaking while I did my previous service here too. If my car broke down I will sue this place for sure. Disappointed as I liked this place a lot.

Friendly front line personnel especially Cik Farah. The supervisor is very attentive to my complaints and the regular service was done within an hour. The only short fall on my opinion is they do not give me details of my battery voltage reading, tyre and brake pad percentage.

Relaxing. No rush. But if u come on time or early lah. If u come later than what ur appointment time was, u gotta be like a latecomer lah. Dont la expect special treatment pulak.

Starting from the call I made to book an service slot, the customer service serve you excellently well. She explains the procedure clearly and patiently wait for you to decide your date (when the first date is not available).
At the center, all of the people there are friendly. Again, they explained the procedure and give you price quotes first before you proceed with their service. Not to mention, advices and tips to maintain good car are also given. I had to wait for like an hour+ for my car undergo semi-major service. But, it does not feel like it as the waiting area is comfortable and clean. From there, you can see the workshop through glass wall, and it's also clean.

Staff is very friendly. The waiting area is comfortable, they provide wifi and individual couch for you to lepak. You can watch tv if you want to and have some refreshments. The service was really fast, I didn't even finish one episode of Euphoria

Found both front door side dented after send car for 1st service.
Both dented area are parallel. Obviously is cause by the pole where they service the car. I only found out after 2 week (Because my wife is the person who use the car) and complain to them but they told me the damage was caused by other open door and bang my door. Hello, how come 2 doors also damage same area? Or i am so nasib malang, park in between 2 car which also bang my car in the same area? My New car just damaged by the irresponsible and unprofessional technician. Please do no send your car to this service center.

This Service center make my first visit an excellent experience. Everyone I encountered in the service center serve with a smile. Superb to Azril (hopefully don’t get his name wrong) who really enlighten my visit there. I was told my first service will complete in 1/2 hour and it is done as said. Actually, my house nearer to another Perodua service Centre of less than 10 minutes but no one ever pick up my calls. I saw better review in Kinrara service center and they very attentive when I called for appointment…didn’t regret even this center much further away due to the good service.

Great service and quality workmanship. They check through your car and tell you what’s to be replaced prior to servicing, addressing the issues properly after the service. Definitely recommending this service centre for your Perodua cars!

Okay but because they are too busy, they do things without thinking. We had to wait for them to call but didn’t, and we had to call them back to get our appointment done. During our service apparently the problem encountered earlier was not the main reason that brought our car there. We have to wait another 2 weeks to get the spare and to resend our car there.
