Perodua Service Centre Ampang (AAW Solutions)

Registration was smooth although it was a walk in service. The people gave detailed explanation about the services that they were going to do to the car. U can ask them to check your tyres, battery in case in need of a replacement. I always come here to do my car service as they are very thorough. Although it was a walk-in, i had to wait not more than 3hours. Which i think was fine. But i think it depends too on the number of cars that day.

Ada ruang menunggu yang selesa, ada disediakan minuman panas dan sejuk, biskut2.cuma kena salah hari.menunggu kereta siap servis, amik masa yg lama. Tapi ok la.

Nice service centre compare to Keramat. The service were so fast. Just took about 1.5 hours to complete the maintenance

Not sure about the service center but pls avoid the Body & Paint centre Ampang (AAW solutions). Very poor workmanship. The parts are defective which noticeable only after 6 months warranty period.very sneaky staff and unreliable service.

Went for car service. I lost my service book but the staff was very friendly and tried his best to help me. Recommended a standard service with reasonable price to me. The waiting area and toilet were very clean.

Went there to service my car for the first time as i always service outside. Yes, it is more expensive than outside but with the service they provide and the staffs' good attitude i would say.it is Worth paying more.

Good Service Advisors & fast service. Decided to add 1 more star due to excellent customer service from 1 of the Malay girl sa/CS. I've shifted to SA but still service it here due to the excellent CS

Edit 2019Q1: Service is still pretty darn good. Got wifi, drinks, and biscuits to snack on.

All I have to say is. Go and experience yourself for the cozy service center ambience and the level of customer service that they offered. After getting my car brake pad change. I leave the service center more than a smile. It's a satisfaction and feeling of happiness that still exist till today.

I dont know why. Its just not happends when you request for something. I was told to clean my intercooler if that is what they call.the place where you pour the coolent at outside shops.

Good service.

Maintenance cost a little bit higher but we get 100% genuine part + warranty from Perodua.

Good service, friendly staff, especially Mr. Lee, Car servicing is done quite fast, and always great job on servicing by the mechanics too. Always serviced my axia here. Recommended place to service your perodua. Thumbs up! And keep up the good work!

Kecewa. Alat ganti tidak di tukar.walaupun bayaran telah dibuat. Periksa alat ganti sebelum anda mengambil kenderaan.

Good customer service. A RM10 discount is given to customers who made reservation for their car servicing. Comfortable waiting lounge with free flow of coffee, Milo and biscuits with TV facility to ease the boredom of waiting.

I have been calling up since 9am to make appointment. The line is either busy or no one is picking up the call. What is happening? Today is a working Monday! I have been calling for more than 15 times and well, this is my 1st service!

Update: Mr Chiew (Manager) reverted immediately after I emailed him. Just noticed they are closed today and tomorrow. Appreciate the swift reply. Thumbs up Mr Chiew!

I pick a number for car servicing but until end of the day they didnt call my number with aa reason we are closed already, staff is not alert with the guest and i wasted my 2 hours waiting for nothing, bad service

Efficient service, usually takes about 1 hr for normal service. Even better if you book a week in advance. Nice waiting area with free wifi and drinks
