Perodua Service Centre Ampang (AAW Solutions)

Very disappointed with my recent visit for service, first of all I was charged with anti antibacterial spray for my car asking if I wanted it, I only found out from the bill after I left. Secondly, I had problem with closing my booth door after having a paint job, and asked the technicians to check if the latch was installed correctly or if there's any other issues, the technicians then told me the latch is broken and needs to be changed and need to custom order the latch which might take some time to arrive. I decided to check on the problem from another workshop, and they fixed it by merely tightening the bolt of the latch. It's outrageous that these sort of manipulation is being done in an authorized perodua workshop.

I am very happy with service provided. The Service Advisor (Din), explained everything e.g. What are the parts that need to be replaced, checked against the previous record to make sure the services/parts is not duplicate. He also provided the checklist & anticipated cost for the next service. Awesome.

Have to book apptmnt. If not have to drop car. Only can get car on the eve. Book apptmnt via perodua apps. Got tv, internet line, can work or watch while waiting. Coffee machine, biscuits & sweets provided. Staff knowlegeable and friendly.

When customer come to service advisor counter (B&P), service advisor not entertaining customer in same time busy playing phone. When customer asking question 2 times, then Service advisor respond without eye contact to customer still keep busy with the phone.

Overall was a pleasant experience from A-Z, staffs were very attentive with my concern about the car, and they explained it thoroughly that even a non-car person would understand on what work has been carried out to ensure your car's safe to drive.

Considered this perodua SVC ctr as one of the most customer friendly & attentive middle range Centre. Busy as usual and well organized.

Air panas pree.teguk lanko berapa byk pon sementsra tunggu kete siap.
Toilet pon bersih utk korang guna lepas minum aor pree byk sgt.

Good service. Efficient staff. But cannot bring children. Children not allowed inside. Complimentary Drink corner unfortunately not available this time due to covid19. Make sure to make appointment first to save time. Can walk in but take longer time.

Dah lama berurusan dengan AAW Solution SB. Staf sangat baik. Ruang menunggu yang selesa. Ada disediakan biskut & minuman, jadi tak bosan menunggu sambil2 tonton tv.

Layanan dari staff² terutama staff bernama Brader Din sangat friendly. Persekitaran yang bersih serta ruang menunggu disediakan sementara kereta di service.

I hv serviced twice my AXIA here, and hv no complaints. Simply call this centre and made an appointment early.

Great customer service. Kalau call diaorg akan angkat unlike perodua service centre balakong. Layanan yg diberikan terbaik. Explain satu persatu apa yg diaorg akan service.

A very busy service center, high traffic with customer. Good service otherwise. Online service need to improve.
