Went here for my 1000 KM free inspection. The service counter clerk told me that I have to pay RM80+ for the bonnet insulator. I refused as this was supposed to be just an inspection. So they didn't fit anything and just "did" the inspection (The inspection was done super fast). I noticed the technician not being happy with my reaction but too bad la, they could have asked me properly using a different approach.
My first experience with Perodua service centre and not a pleasant one and definitely not a good start with Perodua service centre.
I'm wondering if this is how Perodua operates.
Staffs are friendly, quick service. But previously did provide customers with nasi lemak but no more already. Sad
A lot of parking. Service were quick. Snacks & drinks are provided while waiting. Not sure whether it has always been like this or not but today, the queue was not that long. Overall, it was a great experience.
Hantar kereta kat sini untuk cek kenapa stereng berat. Tpi bila dah hntar stereng still lagi berat. Ni dah kali ketiga hantar.
Using my car for 1 year, tire still in good condition, but after my 1st alignment and balancing 1 month ago, my front tire worn out
Edit: already bring to mechanic, alignment totally run out. If u not expertise in it, please dont provide such service. Car no. MP700
I suggest next time can help check the water battery. Because my car half year (40k) battery spoil already. And then need to change the new one battery. Later i send to friend workshop check. The water battery not enough. My car number plate VAN4404
Good experience, make appointment with phone call and everything done on time, comfort waiting room
Terrible experience. Called, didn't pick up. Once found their place, went up as early as 8.30am.didn't make an appointment, and was told that they only do appointment from Monday to Thursday. Didn't have any customer but refused to help solve a problem. Very unfortunate
