Perodua Service Center Sri Damansara

As with all Perodua Service Centers, this is another excellent service place. The Technician really explained what will be changed and accurate price estimates. The battery was also appropriately checked for warranty claim purposes. Kudos to the entire staff here!

Came on a weekday. Not busy. Friendly staff. Acceptable service. If you come on a Saturday, there's a nasi lemak for you. Technician vacancy. Required for balancing/alignment job. Cosy waiting area. KIP.

Very prejudiced! I have a problem with this car factory, because my own car has been in this car factory for a few hours, and something happened. I treat the owner as a fool. I have reservations about this matter. Both car factories are perodua service and they say they are original factories. Now wait until Monday to find someone from another car factory to look at it, and then I will tell you

Incompetent forms. Asked to check tires because they always lack air, they said they just don't have normal air and they just add air. End up a few weeks later, pay flat time back to hometown. Local workshop check there is indeed a small puncture near the tire. Also asked to check engine because there is a strange sound. They said nothing wrong. Few months later, the check engine light came on with a blinking gear box light. The warranty just ran out a few months after the last service. If you can detect the early time service here, you can get a warranty cover. Now I'm pishang. Giving 2 stars just for the good front desk staff.

Please avoid this service center. Waited more than one month to change the bumper and their office will not update you anything on your vehicles. Unreachable staff. Delayed deadline. Service same to those third party workshop but with extremely slow service.

Hye boleh sya dapatkan or beli perodua engine oil fully synthetic for bezza 1.3 tak di sc? Or ada mna2 dealer yg jual berdekatan dgn area kepong?

Not located in congested area, staffs very professional and good hospitality with some instant coffee and nasi lemak while waiting.

Very good front desk staff and waiting area but regarding the car servicing department is terrible for me due to many bad experiences I faced until today.

* Never checked my tyres balancing and alignment but they have charges on me

* Unsatisfied service procedures and scratches on my car.

Will not visit again.

Their facebook didnt manage to help me make any appointment althought they have asked my car plate and phone number. Somemore seen my messege 4 days ago! Disappointed!

Atleast they serve packed nasi lemak for those waiting customers, not forgetting coffee makers….

Bagus service center ni. Diorang call tanya khabar jer kata lama dah tak datang servis. Terhantar servis ke sini jugak. Selesa untuk customer tunggu, sambil siapkan kerja

Appointment pukul 2.
Pukul 2: 45 baru kereta mula diservis.
Dari situ, kene tunggu lagi 40-50minit.
Sekurang-kurangnya bagi tahu awal2 akan lambat.

Selalu kalau nak servis area KL mesti saya datang sini. Staff terbaik, pomen terbaik. Dah dua kali datang. Depa akan check every detail kereta even tayar tak tukar lama pun depa bleh tau. Harga pun berpatutan. Tukar tayar kat sini lebih murah dgn tayar kat luar. Walau jauh skit servis centre nih dan ada yg lebih dekat dgn rumah sy tetap pilih sini sebab servis bagus.

Aku rasa sini adalah antara Perodua Service Centre yang terbaik. Sebab apa, sebab dia bgtau siap2 harga dengan senarai harga mengikut setiap milage kita. Which is good ada documentation. Dia check dulu kereta baru lah rekemen apa2 tambahan. Tak ada lah kene kapak ker apa. Keep it up with good services

Dont trust on them.double check before sign. Optional additional add on part /services will make ur poket koyak.folow perodua website as a guide.

Unbelievable, I bring my myvi here to fix new front weel mud guard (cover), i found that they didn't fix all plugs, after 3 months, mud guard came out during the ride which also broke my bumper. Terrible experience, not going here again. (This guys will make your car more worst)

Compare to other service center this service center is small. But got a parking and the mechanic give a tip top service. He explained about my car conditioned and so on.
