Stakat harini baru 2x buat servis kt sini and memang ohsem. Tersusun je dorg punya kje. Next² servis kat sini jugak lah.

Sangat2 selesa dan sesuai kalau menunggu dengan anak2.

Ruang kanak2 yg luas dan selesa ditambah dgn toys2 yg ada. Boleh buat diorang leka dlm tu.

Tak pernah experience lagi services dgn diorang. Tp kalau nak buat services. MESTI kena booking.tak ada walk in walaupun problem cinonet je.

Btw, kalau tgk master plan pristana. Area tu patutnya stesen minyak.

Saya berpuas hati dengan layanan mesra staff yang bertugas.
Servis memuaskan, penerangan yang jelas untuk soalan yang diajukan saya bagi 5 bintang.

Sangat2 tak suggest nak beli kereta kat sini. Staff jenis sombong. Mentang2 la ada orang OKU request skit. Layan acuh tak acuh.

Service bagus. Breakfast disediakan. Air panas ada. Nak tengok tv boleh, main game boleh. Play room untuk anak2 juga disediakan

One of the best perodua service I ever had. Fast response and fast service. The only hiccup they need to address is to add up spare parts availability. We go there and do not expect them to short of supply.

Staf very friendly tip top but ada extra charges. Kereta milage 30,000 km, dia suggest buat aircond maintenance. Filter rm38 harga standard perodua lain TAPI ada labour charge rm65+. Pastu bila xnk buat sbb ada labour charge, staff ckp additional aircond maintenance ni penting dari service maintenance 30,000km. Gitu. Udahnye bayar rm300+. Cek website perodua, service utk 30k km tu rm200 je. So beware of additional charge kat sini tukar filter, tmbh rm65+ labour charge. Tempat lain free je. Make sure time 30,000km tu tukar filter aircond tempat lain, FOC! FYI, ni 3rd party appointed by perodua managed by Yusmanida Auto sdn bhd. Xnk overcharge, boleh g perodua official kat usj 1 sebelah mydin. Location wise ok bg sesiapa yg xde masa nak ke subang

POOR Service. I send my car here for second time (service) and I got scammed by them. They asked you to change unnecessary part and manipulate customer to go for major service. I go for other Produa Center. Already lodge report as well.

Tempat menunggu luas. Servis kete pagi ade sarapan percuma disediakan. Staff sgt friendly. Aku terlambat dtg setengah jam pon dorg masih attend. Aku sempat test drive Aruz sambil tunggu kete servis.haha Thorbaik!

What an amazing lounge they have. I would say its a mini cafe with various sitting tables and chairs. A calm enviroment which makes me to feel relaxed. There service is top nouch. Specially the service advisor Shahrul. Such a humble person and knows how to deal the customers with patience. He is the best!

One of the best Perodua service centre I have ever been. You can choose either to walk in or make an appointment.

If you make an appointment, it will be easier and faster. Staff here is friendly and helpful. They will walk you to your car and check car conditions with you and you can literally suggest/share any problems encounter.

Then the waiting area is also good. As for my experience I get to watch Iron Man and enjoy a cup of coffee while waiting here with my mum.

We wait just like 40 minutes, which is less than the predicted timing (1 hour). Overall recommended

Mcm tu ke layan customer. Tu baru 1st line dh buat hal.
Bila dh smpai esoknya (10/6/2019), kelam kabut bila org dtg walk in tgok la sendiri biar gambar berbicara

Diperdaya dgn tempat yang nampak selesa, tp mutu perkhidmatan yang sangat buruk terutamanya dgn manusia yg mengaku namanya Murad dan jurujual yg manis mulut.

Really BAD CUSTOMER’s services.
Please do u job nicely n don’t burdened your customer to keep visiting you.please let know your customers earlier the information regarding our car before we come to take our car.what is the use of phone in front of you, is it for decoration only?

1) harap boleh tegur staff yang attend call tu ye supaya bercakap dengan lebih mesra dan sopan dgn customer.

2) kalau customer dah book slot, make sure betul2 dah reserve the slot for the customer.jangan tiba2 slot tuh takde pulak.ish2

Everytime I want to make an appointment, I always have to make several calls here and there just to book a date! Staffs keep on passing the calls and promise to call me back but na-da. The worst part is, i called on weekdays at 9ish or 10ish but nobody answered. Really? Nobody is in charge of the phone ke apa? Bkt raja is much much much better. IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE!
