43Very bad experience servis viva kat sini bulan 6-7 tahun lepas.buat major servis.tapi segala benda die tukar.bill sampai dekat 7000 klu ikut ckp dorg.sbb mereka kate kene tukar streng rack tp brg nak tukar stereng rack sahaja mereka quote smpai rm2500 (tak masuk upah). Tapi sye ckp xnk tukar ni.jd total sye byr brg+servis dlm 3900.mereka ckp stereng rack kne tukar dlm 3bulan lagi.sye bawak sampai bulan 1 2024 ok je.ade sye pg repair kt luar, sye pg bengkel luar tukar streng rack rm400+ shj termasuk upah, lebih teruk lagi bengkel luar ckp stereng rack sye ok lagi tak perlu tukar.kemudian sye ade tukar timing belt jugak di perodua, baru2 ni bile bukak aircond, bunyi kuat sgt2 dr enjin.bawak kedai aircond, die ckp kne pg kat pomen mintak gosokkan besi kt timing belt tu dah karat.tapi bile sye pg kt bengkel, rupenye getah hitam tu salah size.yg betul size kecik bukan size besar tp perodua pasang getah besar.ni lah punca knp org taknak servis kat service perodua centre.nonsence! Walaupun klu ade warranty lagi pon seram nk bawak ke sane balik takut kang harga nye blh buat beli viva second yg baru
Service kat sini sangat selesa. Staff yg accommodate kita pun sgt sopan n penerangan jelas. Ada tempat menunggu yg selesa. Blh enjoy makan roti bakar and teh o. Service kereta pun xlama
Queing is systematic. Counter staff is polite and helpful. Provide simple breakfast and drinks. The environment is clean. Parking, no issue. Technician is also good and patient. I always visit this centre for my regular car service.
Come for 1k km service. Very cozy and clean waiting area. Appointment 930am, but I arrived 30 minutes early but was still served by the Uda staff very well. Next appt Jan2024 for 10k KM. See you soon
Saya kategorikan sebagai Pusat Servis Perodua Terbaik. Saya selalu berurusan dengan Servis Advisor Shazrul (+60 16-459 4014) Sudah hampir 6 tahun berurusan dengan beliau. Alhamdulillah kenderaan diselia dengan rapi disini setiap 3 bulan (10,000 km) mengikut jadual servis tanpa sebarang masalah. Disarankan untuk buat temujanji seminggu awal sebelum datang servis. Ruang menunggu yang luas, selesa & kondusif. Sarapan pagi Dan makanan ringan disediakan khas untuk pelanggan.
My second time servicing here. Clean, friendly staffs and they are consistent to give best services. Always go to my frequent SA - Ms. Yap Ai Ni for service related matters.

Very bad! I dah buat appointment, diorang yg bagi available time 6/5/2023 @ 3pm tapi bile i sampai, tak de rekod.lepas tu nak bagi date lain yg kite pulak tengah kerja.teruk!

Order parts, they said within 3 days, now already 1 month have not received. Lambat as usual and poor customer service. Better go other service Center.
Clean and spacious. The staffs are very friendly. Also they provided some tea and coffee for free while waiting serviced car to be complete.
Buat major servis + tukar belt. Htr pagi. Die kata ptg siap, nti kami call. Sya dtg semula ptg dlm pkul 3. Stay lama smbil tggu diorg call. Last2 sya tnya kaunter, tanya status kereta dh siap@blum. Rupanya dh lama completed, tp xde org call pun. Bile tnya knp x call, kata td nk call bila siap. Diorg jwb org yg pg td tu die pergi check up mengandung. Haiyooo.kot ye pun, pesan la dgn kawan kamu. Then amik kereta, just bg kunci, blah. Xde explain bukak boot bgtau dh tukar itu ini. Keluar duit lebih RM1K, but layanan hampeh. Lebihan engine oil & segala oil yg ditukar pun x dipulangkan sptmana svc centre perodua lain.
Pusat servis Perodua yang kondusif dan selesa untuk pelanggan. Ruang menunggu yang luas dan tandas yang bersih. Masa menunggu lebih kurang 2 jam untuk kereta siap servis.
Big spacious area. Friendly staff. Available WiFi, amenities, etc if you decide to wait for your car.
Best perodua service center. I would drive from subang jaya to here just for their service. The car after service? Like Ferrari. Or it is just me. Lol

Ok la ada surau mudah nak solat semasa menunggu. Service tukar film windscreen je, cepat juga.
Good in welcome customer.cuma masa kat counter.tanye customer kenderaan ade masalah.sebagai contoh. Ade gegar atau steering ade lari atau sebagainye.tak boleh Terus confirm ngan customer untuk buat alignment.brek ade bunyi ke.masa masuk pit foreman boleh bagi tahu ke counter part part yg rosak.sama ada nak tukar atau tidak.explain pada customer. (check first, ask, confirm, change) CFACC.
1st visit doing the car service. There's quite no of people waiting but it won't take long. Ample space for your to be seated. But need some improvement on friendly staff and to have some refreshments while waiting. You can take a good example as Toyota, for instance.
