This service centre is very bad service! I reached at 10.25am and pass the key to the person in charge and they told me they are on break until 10.30am! What kind of management is this! Operation hour 9am and they are break at 10.30am better no need attend to work!
I am waiting the advisor for 1 hour+ and yet they still not attend to me and explain what will be the quotation and services for my car.
Untill I left only they contact me for it, what kind of service is this? ! 4pm they call me to collect my car at 4.45pm but when I reached there no one inform me whether my car is ready to collect until I walk to the counter and ask them! (No other customer was there they are not even busy)
I went for other service centre which had far more better than them!
What a lousy experience ever had! Please improve NZ wheel service centre KLANG!

Worst service centre. Never give update about your car status. Need to call yourself for latest status. When call, nobody answer call

Weldone for the job done.
The car is more than 10 years.

Bunch of clowns telling me that my car is under mileage hence it is not covered by the warranty. Got quoted a bill that was over 10k, asked for an itemised invoice but never got it in writing. Took it to an independent and wondered why bother buying new cars from them.

I'm satisfied with customer service from NZ Wheels Klang, the service advisor Mr. Aimman did a very good job when handling my car. I'm so happy because of him very kind on me and very comfartable to talk with him.

The most irresponsible car dealer and service centre in the market. When want to sell their car, promise everything to the customer. After bought the car not reach 1 month already have technical issue, send back to the centre for the checking of the technical issue, took them 2weeks to settle and no courtesy car at all. While take back the car, the back of the car got "banged", scratches.

After 2 weeks of drive, the inner ambient light was off from the driving side. Security brake assist not functioning. Call back to the centre to for further assistance, they says that need to check but don't know must take how many days. If want to arrange for the courtesy car, need to check for the availability then only send in the car for repair.

Overall service and manners is worst. Proton and Perodua although they are local car but their service and manner were much much better than this Mercedes Benz Service centre.

For my rating for this service centre, will be the worst among all automotive centre.

Wish MBM can read my comment and assist me for my problem, my car is E300 and just bought for about 2 months from the date i write this comment.

Unless there is changes on the service and manners, otherwise, i will say don't buy any models of the car from this dealer.

I am furious why the technician has to unplug my dash cam that runs on its own battery pack during the replacement of windshield reservoir leak (new car) and excuse given was it is a sensitive environment. Last cam footage showed the car was driven out of service centre. Please explain!

Went to buy parts. Very clean, beautiful and helpful staffs. Just that a young male staff at the main entrance office recommended me to purchase the item 'outside' was quite unethical and not professional tho his intention was probably trying to help

WORST service centre. Last 2 year, cannot solve car suspension sound after 1 day leaving the car there. Last year, very bad quality on spray paint work, sent for accident repair but bumper not fit properly and still some scratches can be seen. And now they lost my damage parts which I can try to repair it at other place, forcing me to change new!

Remarkable service given at NZWheels Klang! Mr Kevin Kristopher (consultant) with Mercedes benz is highly recommended. He is highly skilled at troubleshooting problems very quickly and explains very well about any issues customers may have about their car. He managed to analyse and understand my problem and immediately knew how to resolve issues with my car. Service and maintenance is also hassle free. Thank you Kevin and to NZWheels Klang for providing me such impressive service. Keep up the great job and stay safe

Terrible service centre, not sure about the sales department. Made a report regarding multiple problems but they managed to fix just 1 issue. Regarding other issues, they have put me on hold for 2 month and I still got no reply from them.

Left the car with a full tank but received the car back with an empty tank. Unfortunately nobody recorded the mileage (but I'm pretty sure they had to) and so did I.

Unsatisfied with their service because they couldn't answer multiple questions and took way too long to identify a simply issue. My customer service person seemed friendly but he had no idea what he was doing and was way too slow in doing his job. I had to constantly message him hoping to get some reply. Multiple calls were ignored and person refused to call back.

As of today (2 month after), the issues are still present. Not interested in making any business with them anymore. Will go to another service centre.

Pretty sure they can fix small issues but their mechanics are just way too inexperienced to work with larger scale issues.

Not sure why Mercedes is known for its customer service and quality in Malaysia. Seems like another European car brand with technology that breaks for no absolute reason.

Feel comfortable with sales person. Not too pursue. The garden inside the building make me more relaxing
