I had great experience of getting my insurmce claim and service repair done through NZ wheels. Mr Aimman helped me through the entire process and it was seamless process without me personally visiting the workshop even once. He was quite helpful in keeping me updated with stages of claim process, helping me arrange the replacement car as part of my insurance cover and helped deliver the car to my place. Very kind and humble team of service staff. Appreciate your help and support

Had been to NZ Wheels Klang recently to service my car. The service was excellent. Great hospitality too. The waiting longue is comfortable with good refreshments and entertainment. I had made appointment with Mr Razif bin Salleh whose wife works with me at HTAR. So this made it easier for me to make necessary arrangements. I was received well by Mr Razif and Mr Kevin the frontliner. I mentioned the problems to them and I got very good explanation and valuable advice from both of them. They got all the problems sorted out and guaranteed me that the work done is of high standards. I am very lucky to get both of them to assist me. They are an asset to the establishment. I must commend on their capabilities and expertise which is beyond expectations. They are very experienced too. I will definitely come back to Mr Razif and Mr Kevin if I have any problems with my car in future. Well done.

My E300 back seat type c socket having problem.
Right side not function. Left side function.
After replaced a new port. Both sides not function.
The tech explained that it’s Apple cable issue. They expect me to choose a right Apple cable and try myself.

Mercedes sales & workshop. Excellent services and genuine clean job. Of course, the price is there, not cheap.
Coffee machine and food is available and its free. Tv astro is on. While service is going on, u can rest at sofa or rest on the massaging chair.
