They also called to explain the situation related to my previous comment, which I understand and would commend the response and action of the particular agent (Liew).

One of the best Kia Service Center in Malaysia, their service and hospitality is above expectations.

My brother sent my car to NSS for ATF change. Called to make appointment a day before - was able to slot me in. Talked to a friendly person and was able to quote the exact price there and then so thumbs up for that. Thank you.

After using Kia Cerato for almost 4 years, this is the first time a Service Centre exceeded my expectation by providing an outstanding service. Booking via their WhatsApp platform was an ease. Good thing is that they have the courtesy to inform you if they have an earlier slot.

It's conveniently located, so it's easy for me to send my car here for servicing and repairing. The place is clean, there's ample space for you to relax here with free coffee. Also the car is always professionally repaired, cleaned, and prepared for you to take it home.

Major plus points is the very friendly and helpful staff, thank you Jia, Pavitran, and Liew.

Good service and highly recommended for kia users. Especially recognition goes to the service advisor Mr Pavithran and the respective team members. Car service was done on time without any excuses and the service advisor was very courteous while conversing. Keep going with good service in future.

1. Booking through Kia website was ignored even when received the confirmation email.
2. Precheck took almost 1 hour even there was only less than 4 customers in the lounge.
3. Unnecessary add-ons - check carefully before signing.
4. Parts not available, i.e. Spark plugs - have to change on next service due to out of stock.
5. No car wash.
6. No warranty claim - what is the point of being an authorised dealer?
7. Tried to write down my credit card conplete number so called for their accounting dept.

Conclusion: stay away

My service advisor, Mr Liew has been very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining my car service criteria and job schedule. Well done.

Unlike the majority of reviewers here, my experience was unfortunately below par.
1. Booking through Kia website was ignored even though I have sent out details of my car, as required. Considering that this was my first time at this branch, I thought it is is confirmed since there was no call whatsoever.
2. As such, apparently they had no records of my requested appointment slot, and consequently no one bothered to tell me before i arrive that they can't provide the free service that my car was entitled to- due to unavailability of engine oil at that point of time.
3. Even when i said they I would have no problem paying for the engine oil but would expect the rest to be free as it should be, but nope, apparently the entire thing comes with the package and they will not be able to service my car.
4.time wasted here, and had to go all the way to Puchong.

Please take the time to attend to emails and explain beforehand if you cant provide service, so that your clients would not waste time coming in and then having to go elsewhere. It is very disappointing.

Service was good, Mr Liew who attended me is very patience and explained the services done in detail and professional. Keep it up!

Truly professional in dealing with the advisor and for the past 2 years servicing and repairing with this center.

Very professional service center. Other branches were unable to detect the problem I reported earlier on, but they are capable to detect the problem and claim warranty for me. Highly recommended.
