Opened during MCO. Appointment can be easily booked, just call the number stated. Very friendly and responsible staff to make sure everything is checked. Comfortable sofas and waiting area to wait. Price is very good as well. Overall good service and highly recommended.

Boring place when you waiting your car being to complete the service. Poor foods and drinks provided.

The place clean. If you go early of the morning still serve you some simple breakfast like nasi lemak n biscuits.

Standard service centre. But no hassle in getting parking. A Nissan guy will standby for you to take your car from the service entrance.

Best customer service, got my car serviced plus complementary car wash within the estimated time.

The staffs are attentive and friendly. The lounge for customers is practical. Could be improved with more variety of foods.

The front desk person named Reza (full name Mohd Reza Bin Mohd Niza) is terrible. After service my car and then got problems. I brought back my car there and he say not their problems. If wanna check back, have to leave the car there for whole day! Check need whole day? !? After they took your money, that's all, they will not entertain you if got any problems persist. Learnt my expensive experience here. I will lodge a proper complaint with the supporting documents

Ok. Staffs are courteous. Light snacks and hot drinks are provided foc. Technician could not solve my door panel rattling problems.

Good service overall, the only down side is the wifi connection, even if you are connected, you still cannot get any internet access. They also have a coffee maker with biscuit, warm water, tv, a place for prayer, toilet and a cozy sitting. The employee are friendly and will give you a warm welcome. For those proud owner of nissan vehicle will feel right at home at this Nissan Service Center. Great job guys.

Kudos to Nissan to move on from Balakong on 15th Oct 2015.
Bigger facilities for customer to wait for their excellent car service. However, there are quite some 'flies' roaming and need to fix the coffee machine which is down on the opening of the workshop. Please have a TV Video Channel setup too for those none gadget friends!

Semua ok pada asalnya. Tapi ada satu insiden kecuaian. Bagi saya ada pihak yg kurang bertanggungjawab.
I wont give them a star rating anymore.
